I booked a room (paid upon check-in at the hotel) for 4 days and attached the credit card payment information according to the attached conditions, Traveloka issued a voucher via email for confirmation.
However, when I arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 pm, the receptionist informed me that my room was canceled because I had not paid yet and when the receptionist contacted me to confirm (this afternoon) but did not answer the phone.
I found the reason extremely unreasonable, in addition, there was no call from the hotel in the call list.
The hotel also did not have any satisfactory response information, I had to find another hotel right after that.
The experience was too bad, the hotel was really irresponsible, disregarding customers.
