everything is fine but the receptionist is not always at the hotel to ask about air conditioning or appliances

When we checked in, the receptionist said we could only stay for 3 people while we booked a room for 4 people. Then the receptionist called someone back, I don't know if it was the manager or someone else, but they said the same thing and asked us to take a photo of the information on the app, which took us an hour to get to the room, and it was already late. But when we checked out 8 minutes late, we were charged an additional 100k. In the room, there were only 2 toothbrushes, 2 pillows, no water, and little toilet paper while the room was for 4 people. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. As for the receptionist, he was very nice, after a few days of staying, he even lent us a knife and a raincoat.

Clean room, comfortable, friendly staff. I'm very satisfied. If there were 2 bottles of mineral water and laundry detergent, it would be perfect.

Had a 2-night stay - room was spacious and clean. Comes with a washing machine, cooker, and microwave. The receptionist is friendly and the night guard is very helpful. The alley is big, a car can go in for pickup.

The consulting staff is not thorough + the amenities on traveloka are vague and unclear. Made the vacation so disappointing. Suddenly losing money for 1 night just because the hotel doesn't have parking.

Phòng giống hình đầy đủ tiện nghi. Máu lạnh hơi dơ nên mình cứ hắt xì miết. Phòng không cho được 1 chai nước nào. Nói là phòng tiêu chuẩn nên không có. Nào giờ mới nghe vụ này. Ít nhất cũng có 1 chai nước chứ trời. Nhận phòng khuya khát nước không có được 1 miếng nước uống phải đợi sáng mai mới đi mua được
