I stayed at this hotel hoping for a comfortable experience, especially since we had upgraded. However, unfortunately, the staff lacked coordination, resulting in less than optimal service. Furthermore, our comfort was slightly compromised by the clear sound from upstairs. It seems the wooden floor structure makes activities like children running or playing quite noisy, even in the rooms below. On the other hand, the hotel's strategic location is a plus. Hopefully, the hotel can improve team coordination and focus on guest comfort in the future. For our next visit, we might consider other options.

If you have a low budget, it's suitable, but if you have extra money, don't.

The hotel is very clean, nice, comfortable, the toilets are clean, the water is fresh and very cold, close to the Clock Tower, you can walk, I recommend it, thank you 🤗

My friend left his Apple Watch in his room and kept it near the TV. It was very obvious that it was left in the hotel room after we noticed the last photo on the clock tower before going to the hotel. The watch was still on his left wrist, and the morning photo in front of the hotel before getting into the car showed it unused on his wrist. My friend only realized it after we were about to return to Padang. He immediately went back to the hotel, but the hotel said they couldn't find it. We hope the hotel can contact us if they find it because it's useless for anyone who finds it because it's blocked. 🙏

Our friend left his Apple Watch in the room on the television table, but the hotel said they couldn't find it even though it was very clear that the Apple Watch was left in the room, because we tried to trace it by looking at the last photos of the clock tower before going to the hotel, it was still visible on his left hand and photos in front of the hotel in the morning when he was about to get in the car, his friend didn't seem to be wearing it.

The staff was friendly, we were given fried rice for breakfast, even though when we booked the room it did not include breakfast.

The service is very good, the receptionist is friendly, very close to the gadang clock. The accommodation is also clean.

It turned out that the bathroom was outside and the receptionist didn't care if we wanted to change rooms and said wait, let me count first, that's it, until I left the hotel (stayed 5 nights) it didn't show up.

The receptionist on June 24, 2023 at 18.00 WIB when I checked in was very disappointing/arrogant, he said I had not ordered a room and on Saturday this hotel did not open rooms in the application/online (shown the voucher and proof of transfer, he replied that it could be the hotel's fault) .

I ordered a room, when I checked in the reception said the room that you ordered the bathroom outside, if the bathroom was inside, you added one hundred thousand, I couldn't help but have to add it. Because I brought my family.
