We came late at night, but there's no one there. They only available till 9PM. They sent us video telling us how to access the room.

The problem is that many cats climb onto the dining table, and the smell of cat feces around the dining area. So please get rid of the cats.

The staff is friendly and responsive. The room is nice, clean, and spacious. Ask for an extra bed, it's still spacious. Get an electric kettle. The food tastes good. One of the best hotels and resorts in Bira that I've ever visited 😍

We have had an awesome family holiday. Facilities, amenities, location and food are all good, specially their friendly staff very helpful and guide us well to enjoy our visits to Bira.

We are booking for family in borneo, but we had some bad experience in our room, in borneo A some animal came to our room, can't use wifi in room, ac is not cool, lamp in toilet is too dark too, aminities is not complete because don't have toothbrush, in borneo B, lamp is too dark, No aminities in our room, can't use wifi too in room, in toilet why jet washer leaking, your staff already know, why not repaired and we order tomyum friedrice no taste at all.

Plusnya: kamar nyaman bersih, toilet bersih, sepi cocok untuk healling menyendiri, seluruh area bersih, ada resto, viewnya oke, bisa langsung turun ke pantai, respon resepsionis gercep sih sebenarnya kalo butuh bantuan/kurang-kurang. Minusnya: gak ada tv, wifi tidak sampai ke room langkawi, makanan resto 60+ rasa kurang, air hangat kamar mandi lama keluarnya, check in tidak dijelaskan apapun oleh resepsionisnya, dianter ke kamar udah di tinggal, aku kira di room ada telpon untuk nanya ternyata ga ada, harus turun lagi buat nanya menu breakfast, no. Wa pemesanan, nanya jalan ke pantainya, nanya password wifi dan lain-lain. Jadi di sini kalian harus aktif nanya apapun karena dari awal gak akan diberi tahu resepsionisnya buat dapet fasilitas yang seharusnya kalian bisa dapatkan.
