Rooms aren’t huge but are always nice and clean. Beds are VERY comfy.

Always a great experience. Clean, friendly, quiet (for a city location), and comfortable. This is our 14th visit during almost 3years of travelling through Lexington, truly look forward to each stay. EV chargers are a bonus! Thanks Lexington AVID.

Great location and great value

First time at this property. The complimentary breakfast was good. The front desk staff could have been friendlier.

This was a perfect place for my quick stay while traveling through the area. For a basic, no frills hotel it exceeded my expectations. While the room was small, it was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was very well stocked with bath gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The tv was huge. It was quiet, there was a blackout shade, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Lobby was clean, and front desk staff were kind and efficient. While I didn’t eat breakfast, the area was clean with plenty of choices. The fresh ground coffee machine was the star! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Property is new and the accommodations were good. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Great location near shopping, dining and freeway. Good value for the accommodations.

Good Clean Good experience

Very clean the beds were very comfortable and convenient to downtown Lexington by car.

Water was hot, bed comfortable, behind bed from ceiling down were stains where looks like had leak. In the bathroom the vent had dust hanging out of it and my husband and I both had runny noses and now that we have checked out, that is not an issue.

This was my first time staying at an Avid Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient and nice this hotel was. The parking was easy, it was clean and the staff was super friendly. The price was great too. I will look for an Avid hotel first on the next trip I take.

Check in person was rude and not at all friendly. Windows in the lobby were streaky and dirty. We complained about extremely low water pressure in the sink making it difficult to use. They told us it was set that way for eco-friendly policy. Yet admitted they get complaints about it. Beds comfortable. Morning checkout person very friendly. Breakfast just okay, but not as good as other hotels in this price range.

Room is a little to small

Love the design of the hotel…very appealing. Very much like the minimalist style. The biggest downside to the stay was the lack of freshness and lack of appeal of the bedding. The smell was not fresh and the coverlet and sheets seemed very worn and not inviting. Also the tops of the dispensers next to the sink were dusty and had hairs on them.
