The deluxe room was clean, okay, spacious, and had super comfy pillows! Luckily, it wasn't glamping, as there's no elevator.

The staff here are really friendly. The rooms are also clean, but there is something missing in the room I stayed in. The AC couldn't be turned on at all. It's really suitable for introverts. The accommodation here is really comfortable.

I've been wanting to experience staying here for a long time. When I had the chance yesterday, my wife and I decided to stay here. However, our experience was less than pleasant.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are a little less soundproof, but cleanliness is okay.

The hotel itself is very comfortable, close to Sego Sambel Cak Uut, the campus area, and the cool air. The only downside is that the stairs/slide are too steep, making it a bit difficult to carry your suitcase upstairs. I thought the food would be buffet style or take-out, but it turned out to be pre-packaged. Overall, the catering was delicious.

This guest house is actually very nice. The amenities and friendly staff are excellent. Late check-out is available (for a fee). However, there are some issues with the cleanliness of the floors, which are very dusty and there is no elevator, which significantly reduces guest comfort. This can be evaluated in the future.

With that price, I thought I would get a good guesthouse.. I could get a 3-star hotel, the bathroom smells really bad, it's not comfortable.. there's no elevator, this is really a PR.. so I don't want to go out because I'm tired, the pillows smell musty, not recommended for that price, sorry.. Overall, it's okay if you're only staying for 1-2 days. I tried staying in a glamping room. Perhaps the elevator facility is something you need to consider. Because my room happened to be on the 4th floor, there's no elevator going up. It's a bit difficult, for example, if you're carrying elderly parents or carrying a child because you have to climb the stairs.

All in all is good... Friendly staff, clean & spacious room. Clean bathroom... Cold AC.. Close access to the city... Affordable price... Next time will stay here again with family...

We had to wait about 15 minutes when checking in because it was being cleaned. The first time we entered room G7: the room was stuffy, smelled bad, the ceiling was very low, there were no windows, it felt stuffy. The bathroom also looked moldy on the lower walls. The sheets and towels were not very clean. The jet shower often sprayed water in the opposite direction when finished using it. Not worth the price 😡 The peak was at night when my husband was itchy because the room was not very clean. Couldn't move rooms either because all the rooms were full. Finally, I was forced to move accommodation because I was very uncomfortable with the room. Even though I had booked on Traveloka 3 months earlier.

It's good because it's spacious, the hot water is smooth, it's just that when it first comes in, the room smells musty like it hasn't been occupied for a long time, but overall it's satisfactory and I will repeat it.
