With that price, I thought I would get a good guesthouse.. I could get a 3-star hotel, the bathroom smells really bad, it's not comfortable.. there's no elevator, this is really a PR.. so I don't want to go out because I'm tired, the pillows smell musty, not recommended for that price, sorry.. I came here because I saw good reviews but it doesn't match the reviews,

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel atmosphere, spacious rooms, clean swimming pool, and a great rooftop.

Overall, it's okay if you're only staying for 1-2 days. I tried staying in a glamping room. Perhaps the elevator facility is something you need to consider. Because my room happened to be on the 4th floor, there's no elevator going up. It's a bit difficult, for example, if you're carrying elderly parents or carrying a child because you have to climb the stairs.

All in all is good... Friendly staff, clean & spacious room. Clean bathroom... Cold AC.. Close access to the city... Affordable price... Next time will stay here again with family...

We had to wait about 15 minutes when checking in because it was being cleaned. The first time we entered room G7: the room was stuffy, smelled bad, the ceiling was very low, there were no windows, it felt stuffy. The bathroom also looked moldy on the lower walls. The sheets and towels were not very clean. The jet shower often sprayed water in the opposite direction when finished using it. Not worth the price 😡 The peak was at night when my husband was itchy because the room was not very clean. Couldn't move rooms either because all the rooms were full. Finally, I was forced to move accommodation because I was very uncomfortable with the room. Even though I had booked on Traveloka 3 months earlier.

It's good because it's spacious, the hot water is smooth, it's just that when it first comes in, the room smells musty like it hasn't been occupied for a long time, but overall it's satisfactory and I will repeat it.

It's better to prepare the room well before the guest enters. The room is full of mosquitoes and cramped. My advice to friends who want to stay here, min. Just get a superior room. The staff is friendly and fast. Thank you

It was okay when I first checked in, but when I went to sleep, the sheets and pillows were musty so I put on some perfume before going to sleep. The sheets looked like they had water marks on them, I don't know what, but they didn't smell. There were 2 towels, one was clean and the other was dirty. It was already 9 o'clock at night, my room was on the ground floor, G7, if I'm not mistaken.

1. Recently, an inn with a price above 300 thousand can have a power outage for about 15-20 minutes and strangely enough, there is no generator for backup. 2. There is no elevator and that is quite inconvenient, especially if the room is on the top floor. 3. Ordering food is also unclear, at first they said it was ready, then suddenly they said it was full order. Waiting for complaints before suddenly they can order. 4. Even though it is a glamping type, there should still be a TV because it is one of the supporting facilities for entertainment in the room. Hopefully there will be improvements soon so as not to disappoint other visitors.

When we wanted to go up to the top floor, we still had to use the stairs, we hadn't found a lift to go up.

Overall it's ok to stay here. It just so happens that the sink in my room is a bit clogged. Recommended
