Very strategic location: super close to AEON Maluri MRT. The price is affordable, around 200 RMB, for 3 rooms (6 people stay), also fully furnished, with a kitchen, living room, dining table, and washing machine. Sudah 2 kali menginap di Una, sampai sekarang ini semuanya memuaskan. Fasilitas lengkap, staff-nya ramah-ramah. Check in dan check out gampang karena kakak-kakaknya stand by dan fast respon. Dekat dari MRT dan LRT. Depannya ada mal, jalan sedikit ada supermarket. Yeay, insyaallah nanti menginap di sini lagi.

I was charged RM150 because there was a stain on the pillow case even though the stain had been there since I first arrived. My mistake was not taking photos or videos of the condition of the unit when I first entered because I was very tired, especially since I knew the apartment staff were both from Indonesia. I don't think it would be possible to commit fraud. Usually I always take photos or videos every time I enter a hotel room or apartment. Initially the employee asked for RM300, after arguing, he ended up only being charged RM150 without a receipt. I'm sure this is just their game without the apartment owner knowing. And the room sometimes smells because they don't install a blower in the bathroom, they only install a small window next to the shower so that the smell from the toilet doesn't immediately disappear and if we open the bathroom door the smell will enter the living room. Hopefully the apartment owner of una serviced apartment by five sense can evaluate this. And it is also a lesson that it is very important to take photos or videos of the condition of the room before we move in.

I arrived at the hotel and received a room that was given like that, the hotel did not check the room that was given to the customer, deposit was RM 300, parking charge was RM 10/day. The towels and sheets got stained when they were charged, everything got charged.
