Clean apartment, ok location, ok facilities.

New apartment, ok facilities, ok location. We are very satisfied.

It's highly recommended unit:- all facilities work properly.- the unit is very clean, affordable and near to many public facilities (mall, supermarket, MRT station).- friendly and helpful staff. So happy and satisfied with all the things we get from this unit.

near the mall. 7 minutes walk to Aeon Mall. just cross the road to get to sunway velocity mall. worth it for a family holiday.

Saya Menginap di apartemen ini pas check out dikenakan denda 200 ringgit, karena ada noda di Sprei kasur (sangat besar nominalnya) setelah itu Temen saya Menginap di apartemen yang sama karena saya rekomndasikan apartemennya bagus setelah dia check out dikenakan denda yang sama 200 ringgit Foto yang di laporkan itu memakai foto yang sama saat saya dikenakan denda dia memakai foto itu lagi sepertinya. Ini hanya Tipuan untuk mengambil uang deposit tolong pihak traveloka tindak lanjuti apartemen ini.

Very strategic location: super close to AEON Maluri MRT. Price is affordable around 200 RMB, for 3 rooms (6 people stay) also full furnished, with kitchen, living room, dining table, washing machine. The response from worker also very fast 👍. Ps: night view from balcony is nice

Sangat Mengecewakan karena Sprei Kasur Kotor Uang deposit di potong sangat Besar RM200 (670,000 Rupiah) padahal hanya kotor dan hanya perlu di Cuci saja. Karena saya yakin noda ini sangat mudah di cuci

Udah 2 kali nginap di una sampai sekarang ini semua nya memuaskan,. Fasilitas lengkap, staff nya ramah ramah. Check in dan check out gampang karena kakak kakak nya stand by dan fast respon. Dekat dari mrt dan lrt. Depan nya ada mall, jalan dikit ada supermarket. Yeay inshaallah nanti nginap di sini lagi.

Sangat indah bersih pemandangan yang sangat menakjubkan lain hari pasti akan menginap di sini lagi. Makanan murah juga enak higienis. Saya sangat senang bisa menginap di sini 🥰

Strategic location, close to the MRT station so it's easy to go around KL by MRT train or by online taxi. The units are also luxurious & spacious and have complete facilities. Recommended place. Thank You.

I was charged RM150 because there was a stain on the pillow case even though the stain had been there since I first arrived. My mistake was not taking photos or videos of the condition of the unit when I first entered because I was very tired, especially since I knew the apartment staff were both from Indonesia. I don't think it would be possible to commit fraud. Usually I always take photos or videos every time I enter a hotel room or apartment. Initially the employee asked for RM300, after arguing, he ended up only being charged RM150 without a receipt. I'm sure this is just their game without the apartment owner knowing. And the room sometimes smells because they don't install a blower in the bathroom, they only install a small window next to the shower so that the smell from the toilet doesn't immediately disappear and if we open the bathroom door the smell will enter the living room. Hopefully the apartment owner of una serviced apartment by five sense can evaluate this. And it is also a lesson that it is very important to take photos or videos of the condition of the room before we move in.

I arrived at the hotel and received a room that was given like that, the hotel did not check the room that was given to the customer, deposit was RM 300, parking charge was RM 10/day. The towels and sheets got stained when they were charged, everything got charged.

There is no free parking. Had to pay RM10.

Just a few blood stain from my hand we need to pay for rm 100 ringgit it is very pity.
