The room was fairly clean, with a bit of dust on the wall near the bed. It was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite good (fried rice and fried noodles). The service was pretty good, but there was no hot shower, the sink faucet was intermittent, there was no TV, and the Wi-Fi was slow. It's about 20 minutes from Siak city (Siak Palace).

The pillow is torn. The towels are a bit black. The toilet is clogged. The sink faucet is stuck. It is about 20 minutes away from the Siak Sri Indrapura Palace. Fried rice breakfast only. The air conditioner beeps very loudly. Very disturbing sleep. But the receptionist is very friendly. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future.

Thank you for your input ma'am. Sorry ma'am, after reading my mother's review, we checked again the air conditioner in the room there was no sound like what you said, because the room was just replaced with the air conditioner only 2 months ago. For draining the sink water, it doesn't get clogged, it's just that you have to press the lid first and then the sink water can be wasted. For the pillowcase, after checking the pillowcase, there is a small tear the size of a thumb, we will fix it. Thank you If there are indeed white towels and some are slightly yellow, maybe by chance you got a yellow one. Thank you for your input, in the future we will improve it for the better.
