The villa's building is okay, aesthetically pleasing, and contemporary. There are, however, a few drawbacks.
1. The TV isn't an Android or Smart TV (it still uses a stand-alone TV) and only supports YouTube, as Netflix isn't available.
2. The speakers aren't great; they're just enough for listening to casual music. But terrible for karaoke.
3. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
4. I found the kitchen combined with the living room concept a bit unsatisfactory because the smells remained trapped even with the exhaust fan. The downside is that there's no fan, which makes it a bit awkward... since the location isn't particularly cool.
5. The water went out at 8 a.m., but fortunately, the staff was quick to fix it.
So, in short, this is a good villa for a family, but with a caveat: it's enough for a short stopover and a quick nap. Otherwise, it's not ideal for Gen Z or gatherings that focus solely on the villa.
