The villa's building is okay, aesthetically pleasing, and contemporary. There are, however, a few drawbacks. 1. The TV isn't an Android or Smart TV (it still uses a stand-alone TV) and only supports YouTube, as Netflix isn't available. 2. The speakers aren't great; they're just enough for listening to casual music. But terrible for karaoke. 3. Cleanliness needs to be improved. 4. I found the kitchen combined with the living room concept a bit unsatisfactory because the smells remained trapped even with the exhaust fan. The downside is that there's no fan, which makes it a bit awkward... since the location isn't particularly cool. 5. The water went out at 8 a.m., but fortunately, the staff was quick to fix it. So, in short, this is a good villa for a family, but with a caveat: it's enough for a short stopover and a quick nap. Otherwise, it's not ideal for Gen Z or gatherings that focus solely on the villa.

We stayed here for our family vacation in Batu and overall it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect, very close to Jatim Park, which made it super convenient for traveling with family. The place is great for families, especially with a 2 bedroom setup that gives enough space and comfort for everyone. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, on our last day, we had an issue with the water pump; it stopped working and we had to reset the machine every time we wanted to take a shower. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great time overall. Still highly recommended for a family trip!

The cleanliness is lacking, but it's okay, there's karaoke. The bed isn't very clean.

The villa is very comfortable and very clean, the caretaker is also alert if there is a need. There is karaoke, a stove and a gallon dispenser.

Nice place, friendly staff, worth it for the price during weekends and high season holidays.

clean, the surrounding atmosphere is cool, tends to be cold, the air is really fresh. rate 1 million for 2 rooms comparable to a hotel, maybe you can experience a different atmosphere if you stay in Batu.

We arrived at 3 in the morning and had ordered early because we were bringing a BABY so that it could be prepared but the SECURITY cluster was very incompetent because they gave us the wrong key and forced us to wait a long time after traveling from out of town. Very disappointed because there was a lack of good coordination.

The staff is very friendly. The location is comfortable and clean.
