Great price. Everything was as expected. Easy to work with the staff. Was able to extend our stay. Would have liked to had food in the lobby available. The Wi-Fi didn't work, unable to watch TV. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back.

The interior was old, but the room and everything else were great, and the security guard was lovely.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and there were many amenities. I was very satisfied and will return again.

In my opinion, the room wasn't very impressive for the price. The pictures showed a beautiful, bright room with seemingly new furnishings, but upon arrival, the room was old, with many stained areas on the walls. Overall, it only resembled the pictures by about 60%. Secondly, I disliked the room because it used a mechanical key instead of a key card like other hotels I've stayed in. I would give this room a 6/10 rating.

I had a wonderful holiday here, and I will always choose YEN when I come to Saigon.

The rooms are nice. But the kitchen is a bit dusty. The hotel should pay more attention to this.

Quiet atmosphere, beautiful pool view.

The staff and the concept make the place interesting. All facilities are going down and seem not kept in good shape. I had troubles with my first room and luckily they found a way to fix their mistakes and earned it. It’s perfect for a local Saigonese experience with deep alleys and a stunning view from the pool. I will stay and suggest it to those who have the same perspective in traveling on a budget or considering not luxury or all-in-one service.

The first-floor room is dark, stuffy, and has old equipment (the refrigerator is noisy). Otherwise, it's a pretty ideal area, with a pleasant and quiet atmosphere.

The view is amazing for a staycation, and there are great cafes nearby, so just walking around was enough to experience everything. The rooftop has a fantastic swimming pool. Another huge plus is the staff are quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful!

On the first floor is a cafe, sake, and craft beer bar, so the atmosphere is relaxing and spacious. The daytime security guard is super friendly. The room is clean and well-equipped, and there's even a cooking area, but I chose to experience the local cuisine instead. I highly recommend this place 😊

Awesome!! If I ever come back to Ho Chi Minh, I'll definitely choose this hotel! It's a shame I didn't try the pool or the rooftop atmosphere.
