Dear Mr Jimmy Kristanto, Thank you for the time Mr Jimmy took to write down your experience while staying at our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience that Mr. Jimmy and his family experienced, regarding your room reservation which only included breakfast for 1 person. After we search for room reservations online in all applications that work with our hotel, there is a choice of the number of adults who will stay. When the order process is not changed to 2 adults, the price will adjust for 1 person only. And of course, if the guest has changed the order to 2 people, the price listed will also change. Unless the guest sees the price without breakfast, then for the number of adults 1 or 2 the price will remain the same. We always try our best to provide the best service for all guests at Tribe Bali Kuta Beach. One of them is that in online room bookings we give the option that guests who are traveling alone can have breakfast without having to pay more.
