1. Mattress already not good, I can feel the springs more than the foam. 2. Aircon doesn't work. 6 hours of powerful mode only brings down the temp from 29 to 26. 3. Mezzanine layout isn't good for elderly people. But still fine if you are into that kind of experience. 4. Bathroom clean, but the water pressure was weak. 5. Yellowings found inside the pillow. 6. Communal fridge, kitchen, and water refill station exist. 7. Metered parking. Weekday: 5k for the 1st hour, 4k subsequent hours, 30k max. Weekend: no max amount.

This is my 3rd time staying here. The location is very strategic near a mall and tower, Ranch Market, easy to find restaurant near UPH and Lippo Karawaci Mall, Imperial Golf, Summarecon Mall Serpong, JHL Hotel. The staff are well-informed and helpful. Cove is always aesthetic; they have a good lobby and workspace for chilling and WFH. The design is so catchy; they have a lift also. Affordable price for travelers or transit, but the rooms are small, and I have to climb the stairs to reach the bed. Last time, the water heater and shower were not working properly; I was struggling to bathe. If you stay for a short time, it still makes sense, but for a long time and very proper rest, another place is better.

The mattress was unsuitable for sleeping because it felt like a spring, and the bed was noisy. The slightest movement made a noise. The chair was broken and still kept in the room, causing it to fall when sitting on it. The room smelled musty, and the bathroom was full of ants.

This minimalist hotel (perhaps not suitable for families with elderly parents) is definitely worth it for under 200,000 Rupiah. It's located near the mall, on the main road. The staff are very friendly. The only downside is the mattress. I got one with springs sticking out, making it a bit painful to sleep on. The stairs are also quite steep because it's a two-story building.
