Loved my stay here - the staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was large, modern, and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The attached coffee shop to the building is a perfect way to start your day or to wind down, it was a life saver to have something so tasty and reliable right downstairs. The location of the hotel is close by touristy areas but tucked enough away where you’re not feeling overwhelmed. It’s easy to walk anywhere and to get to main public transit. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location, spacious rooms, very quiet nights, kind and helpful staff. If we ever come back to Kyoto, we will stay here again. We had some very minor issues with cleanliness (e.g., underneath the beds), otherwise we would have given 5 stars.

Really friendly staff, good sized rooms and a great hotel in a perfect location for our trip. The Common Well cafe in the hotel serves a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee and snacks. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location lovely room we had the twin executive larger room. The front desk staff was not too knowledgeable about getting around Kyoto. The cafe next door has great coffee! Overall good hotel

Loved Hotel Rings. We arrived late but it was no problem… the staff was always friendly and welcoming and helped us send out luggage to the next destination. Room was comfortable and beds were softer than the rest. Amenities were always available and shower pressure was great!!

Great location in the heart of Kyoto, walking distance to maybe places such as Nishiki market. Very friendly staff and nice cafe next door. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Best location! Only problem that windows cannot be open for fresh air . Excellent service , very friendly staff. Close to the market . Easy to mange with the the train . Beautiful coffee shoos and restaurants around . I will sure recommend
