The room was not very spacious, which is quite typical for hotels in Japan. However, everything was clean and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient

Location is superb!! Near JR Ueno staion, KSliner station and Ameyoko market. Metro station exit is nearly close to hotel. Reception is warm welcome. The room is standard to every APA hotel. ICE maker and microwave is free service. Cons is a bit pricy on weekend.

Overall, it's good. Close to the train station, close to the fish market, lots of things to buy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is also parking available behind the hotel for 2,000 yen per day. Check-in and check-out are automated with a machine. There is an onsen on the 15th floor. The location is convenient, close to shopping and walking areas.

Great location in Ueno, very close to station, useful because I took the express train to Narita airport from Ueno Stn. The room was larger than any of the APA Hotels I have been to.

จริงอยู่ที่ทำเลของโรงแรมดีมาก อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟอูเอโนะ เดินไม่ไกลมาก แต่ไม่ประทับใจตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คอินแล้ว มีพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์ตั้งหลายคนแต่ให้แขกไปเช็คอินกับเครื่องอัตโนมัติเองไม่มีคอยช่วยบริการ พนักงานก็พูดภาษาอังกฤษรู้เรื่องบ้างไม่รู้เรื่องบ้าง และอยากจะคอมเพลนพนักงานผู้หญิงหน้าฟร้อนท์สุดๆแต่ไม่รู้ชื่ออะไรทำหน้าตาบึ้งตึงทุกครั้งที่เจอไม่มีใจจะทำงานบริการเลย แต่ที่รับไม่ได้สุดๆเลยคือห้องสกปรก ฝุ่นเยอะมากๆเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดเลย และที่หนักไปกว่านั้นคือทางโรงแรมควบคุมการเปิดฮีตเตอร์จ้าาา แขกผู้เข้าพักไม่สามารถปรับแอร์ได้นะ นอนร้อนๆทั้งคืน พอลงไปคอมเพลนบอกให้เปิดหน้าต่าง นี่มันใช่การแก้ปัญหาหรอ? เข้าพักที่ญี่ปุ่นมาหลายโรงแรมไม่เคยเจอโรงแรมไหนเป็นแบบนี้มาก่อนเลย ทำไมต้องมาควบ คุมอุณภูมิให้ห้องให้แขกด้วย จะคิดแทนทำไม? แต่ละคนเขาชอบไม่เหมือนกัน นี่สร้างความไม่สะดวกในการเข้าพักมากๆเลยนะ ลิฟท์ก็ช้ารอนานมาก แต่การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ถือว่าครั้งเดียวให้มันเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายพอ สุดจะทน ไม่แนะนำโรงแรมแย่ๆแบบนี้ 👎
