The room was clean and well appointed. The shower and bathroom was excellent

We loved Bob the place was centrally located we walked to a few places, and felt safe! The balcony was so cute, and the rooftop is a really nice touch! I washed a load of laundry, and stored our luggage on checkout date for an hour!

My Family and I were touring Europe and we had an excellent day. The accommodations were great. The response time to any of our questions was quick and easy. They met all of our needs and have everything we needed for our stay. It was actually really nice to all have Laundry service. It didn’t feel like we were traveling. You really did feel like you were in an apartment.

Great location and the facilities were comfortable. A place to consider for the next trip to Milan

The problem for us is water. We stayed in the 2nd floor so the shower water pressure is extremely low (opposite of 0 and 1st floor where my other families stayed at beneath ours.) It was good for kitchen and bath sink. Also, i dont know if its bc we used the hot water to wash dishes, the hot water after that was only enough for one person, the 2nd person finished half the shower when the water turned cold completely. 3rd and 4th person had to take shower the next morning. I dont know if we had to do anything with the boiler but there was no instruction about it. As mentioned, other families stayed beneath us directly experienced completely the opposite and they loved the property. Location is good, near supermarket, restaurants and shopping streets.

I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get to from Linate airport. Close enough to the main attractions, but quiet also.

This property is a bit of a mixed bag. The self check-in was OK but a little confusing. It depends on your phone workng and being online. The property itself is clean but sparse with not a lot of furnishings. No maid service unless requested which we never tested. No Netflix or English TV. The apartment does have a mini-kitchen with coffee and the basics which is helpful and convenient. If you are tech savvy this place will do. The location is great with many restaurants and a full service grocery right across the street. Great transportation and close to many attractions including the Duomo.

If you don't mind not having live people managing a front desk, this is the place to be. Liked that we were within a 15 min. walk to main attractions but was a little bit wary of the first couple of blocks that were residential and full of graffiti. Where I come from, graffiti means not a safe area. The apartment was clean but sad that others before us damaged furniture and left dirt/scratches on walls. It could use fresh paint throughout and mold in bathroom mold grout/sealants removed.

I needed an appartment for a family of 4. Bob W communicated really well and was very infomrattive. The appartment is very close from Milan Cathedral Around 10 mins walk. There is grocery shopping near by as well. I would definately stay there again. The only downside is the toilet and bath are through the bedroom. Aside from that. I will stay there again.

Extremely clean and had everything needed to be comfortable, from extra bedding, pots and plates and lot more. Best thing it was very beautiful and modern

Location is outstanding and at walking distance to everything you need or want to see in Milano.That's the reason I chose this place. The room was a one bedroom apartment with ensuite bath and the ambience and choice of colors immediately caught me in a positive way. On day two the bathroom ceiling started dripping water from the apartment above. Management promptly called the plumber to find a solution. No other room was available so I had a big hole on the bathroom ceiling for the whole duration of the stay (8days) but at least no more water on my head. After a first shocking reaction in the end it was not a big deal and the property management did their best to accomodate despite the situation.

Appartamento pulito confortevole e comodissimo. Il nostro purtroppo era un viaggio legato a problemi di salute. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutti i punti da raggiungere comodi anche a piedi oltre che in metro. Posizione centralissima e vicina al Duomo. A pochi metri da Bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Supermercati e Farmacie! Unica pecca ho avuto un piccolo problema con la caldaia, l’ultima sera mentre facevo la doccia e’ finita l’acqua calda… per il resto consiglio vivamente questa soluzione e tornerei con piacere in questa struttura!
