Fantastic location. 1 minute walk to sea promonade. Service was wonderful. Easy walk to all locations. Transportation access fabulous.

This hotel is very clean and safe. Location is excellent! Staff very helpful. Parking is off site, but within walking distance.

Absolute great for a 3star hotel! Excellent breakfast and beautiful dining room. In the centre of the city and only a few minutes walk to the long boulevard and beach!

Very nice property. great location

Excellently located hotel in the heart of Alicante. Walking distance from the beach, the famous club Marmarela, the two large castles, numerous restaurants and bars as well as the promenade. The breakfast was simple but effective with good choices of fruit, pastry, non-dairy milk and some traditional spanish foods. On Thursday to Saturday nights there is some noise from people attending the club nearby from around 2am till around 5am mostly which impacts some of the rooms. The hotel itself was fairly quiet. The TV channel options are solid and the room was spacious. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful.

The service was excellent, the two guys at the reception were very friendly and helped me a lot to guide me in the area, the hotel very clean and comfortable, close to all the tourist places and transport...

The hotel was amazing. Excellent location. The AC was great and the bed very comfortable. Definitely we will stay here when we come back to Alicante

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful the only criticism is the window in the room was blacked out so we have no view outside.

Super central and modern hotel. Right by the alicante main street and super close to many restaurants. The room is super modern and clean

Very friendly and well maintained hotel situated 5 minutes from the beach and minutes from downtown. Everything is in the reach from the hotel. Rooms are clean, comfortable sized and good size bathroom. Breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. Only downside is that the parking is very small and you might have to park in the public parking during your stay if you didn't book parking spot with the hotel in advance.

Parking was a bit tuff but it is everywhere. Small room but we didn’t spend much time in it. Breakfast was free and good!

The property and staff are fine. The location is convenient. However it's located on a busy street and the buildings construction isn't satisfactory for sound proofing and awakened two nights by revelers on the street and one morning by the guests upstairs with heavy feet pounding.

We arrived at the hotel at 10am, too early to check in. At reception, we were welcomed by Khaled, who was working the desk. Khaled was very efficient & friendly. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we toured the castle. This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed. The location, the room, the staff, everything. The breakfast was not only delicious but was marvelous to look at. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
