We only stayed for one night. Hotel staff were great. Hotel is very stylish. We eat across the road in the evening. Breakfast catered for gluten free and lots of options.

Great location perfect for getting around champagne and getting into Reims quickly with a car. Pool, gym and sauna were all pluses. Also bakery and restaurants across the parking making it easy for mornings. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend.

Paid in advance for the room but when we arrived staff announced there was a e100 deposit for the room. They refused to give a room key until this was paid, they then refused to release the monies until the room had been cleaned. If the hotel needs to do this to their guests I shudder to think what type of guest they are getting there. I would not recommend this hotel.

Plus points - We stayed in a junior suite, 2 adults and 2 kids and space was great with a lovely wrap around balcony. It was also very quiet (top floor) Lovely bar area and pool for the kids. Good secure parking. They have really thought about families and have a little games room and a movie / play room for the smaller kids, so excellent for parents to get 10 minutes peace to enjoy a glass of the local champagne! Negatives - electric car charging won’t work unless you have a 50five charging card. There is no way to charge without this. Very disappointing and first time in France I’ve ever had this problem. Pool is freezing so not really a hot tub experience! Needs to be at least 10c warmer. There were no clean towels left either. Maybe it would be nicer in the summer. Food - there was nothing in the hotel, it claims to have bar snacks but most were unavailable. Complete missed opportunity from the hotels perspective as it was half term ski transfer day, you could have cleaned up. We would have rather sat there and drank champagne and nice wine (and we would have spent a lot more money) than gone to the pizza place opposite. This was fine but I’d recommend getting a takeout and sitting at the hotel bar than in the pizza place. The other restaurant opposite was closed (sat 21st Feb) and that looked much nicer. Overall it’s a really convenient hotel for a motorway stop and there is a huge L’erc 5 mins away to get fresh food and wine for your journey.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff - great location and value for money

This is the second time in a few years that we’ve stayed at this hotel and it doesn’t disappoint. Very clean and comfortable beds and rooms, a good breakfast selection and a lovely bar area. There are also some good restaurants nearby. Close to the motorway and to the massive E Leclerc mall and just a few hours from Calais.

Brilliant overnight stop. Lovely staff, very helpful and professional. Hotel is really well laid out. Easy Tram ride into central Reims. Nice restaurants and bars around the location. Even our big dog was made very welcome. We will be back! Thank you.

Great stopping point for a longer journey through France. Clean Hotel with good facilities and easy parking

This was a good choice for an overnight stay breaking up a longer drive through France. Several different restaurant choices right next door, from family-friendly pizza to fine dining. Pool is great. Friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel on a stop over on our way home from the alps. We appreciated the swim and sunbathe after the ling drive. The pool and outdoor area are much nicer than appears in the photos, especially on a sunny day. The room was very clean and the beds in particular very comfortable. The local area is industrial but its a 10 min drive in to Reims itself so we checked out the Champagne houses on the way home. The price is strong but we got a good service and the breakfast options were extensive.

Excellent stay. The hotel is out of town but only a short drive into Reims. There is a lovely pool area to cool off at the end of the day. A large bar area is available, with play room and billiards table. The breakfast was perfect with lots of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend.
