The room and pool were really clean and the staff were really helpful and attentive. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious.

No hot tub or private beach. The plunge pools are not heated (went in off season in October so too cold to use). Most plunge pools and outdoor areas are shaded. The beach is overcrowded and dirty. The restaurant is overpriced.

Excellent Hotel and very friendly & helpful staff, but...We booked half board for the convenience of pre-paying. The hotel hadn't realised this on the first night so we were given the "normal menu". After that we had the "Half Board" menu which was very limited in it's offering. So we had some dishes three or more times during the week. Why should we be treated as inferior just because we want to pre-pay?

Outstanding stay!

Beautiful new modern hotel. Suite room was 2 floors with private pool. Only downside was that specific room didn’t have a nice view. Staff was great. Overall amazing hotel steps away from the beach, Agia Pelagia. Nice small beach. Also walking distance to souvenir shops and tavernas. Hotel rooftop restaurant was amazing! Great food, wonderful friendly staff. 10/10

Staff were very catering to guests and always accommodating. Staff were lovely and would come again, hotel was clean and right on the beach/coastline

Where do I start I spent one day there but I’ve never experienced such hospitality there the staff the hotel manager Mr. George was nothing less than exceptional What wonderful place surrounded by amazing people and sites I will be definitely be back I even got a picture with mr george He greeted me with such respect and I’ll never forget my stay even if it just one day I recommend this resort for anyone to stay you won’t be disappointed Oh did I mention the food ?? Haha please try the blue crab waffle you won’t regret it

The employees were amazing! So nice! They upgraded us to a suite! Great room! Loved it!

The property was beautiful and new, and the view from our room was gorgeous. We also took a lovely Greek cooking class from the excellent chef. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, spoke English, and treated us as if we were the only guests. The room with the balcony was exceptional, including the views. We did not want to leave the room.

Fantastic hotel. The room was absolutely stunning with duplex split level, stunning design and decor plus outdoor private plunge pool. Topped off by great staff, and a very welcoming hotel manager. Superb! Definitely recommended.

Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel Castello auf Kreta verbracht und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, alles ist gut erreichbar und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit und die entspannte Atmosphäre – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Erik, der uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat und unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
