We booked for tonight’s between Christmas and new years. We were heading to the Boxing Day test. I can’t remember the ladies name that checked us in but she was so lovely and accommodating to our requests. Definitely went above and beyond! We will be staying the same time next year for sure! Couldn’t fault the whole experience!

Nice rooms plenty of space

Great location close to everything in Melbourne. Comfy bed and good shower. Nice to have a little patio outside too. Reception also very helpful.

This is the second time I have stayed at Caoline Service Appartments and I enjoyed it as much as the last. It is fast becoming my "go to" for Melbourne Accomodation. The property is clean and well maintained the staff are friendly (They looked after our bags after check out so we could have brunch without dragging luggage around.) Previously I stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and foubd it spacious and well appointed. This time I stayed in a studio and while much smaller it still had everything we needed. The aircon was switched on when we arrived and there was welcoming music playing. There are tram stops that will take you to the inner city less than 5 minutes walk from the front door a coles 7 minutes down the street and so many cafes eateries etc that you are spoilt for choice.

Property was clean and modern with all amenities required. Enjoyable stay, competitive pricing.

We had a wonderful stay, Anika went over and above to get us checked in after a very long day on the road. Walking distance to MCG, which is where we needed to be for the marathon. Fantastic, highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is modern and new. We were given an upgrade with a patio. Staff were very nice. Garage parking was reserved with name ($15/day).
