Fantastic staff, especially Ana in the restaurant. The quality of the food, both breakfast and dinner, was exceptional and the prices (for Dublin, at least!!) we’re very reasonable. I will happily return, but it would be good if the rooms had a refrigerator please.

It is a very clean modern hotel. It is a nice area. The rooms however, are very small. The room dimensions are listed in the property description but the photos in my opinion are not taken in such a way to show how small the room truly is. A lack of ability to plug in electrical items and very small space made the room not very appealing to me and I will not return.

Perfect for few days.

I really like the location of the property, staff were great, restaurant and bar were perfect. The rooms did not have any seating in them. They served coffee but there was no place to sit to drink them. Beds were comfy. Parking was off site so very inconvenient for the driver who suffers from COPD. Favorite part was the lovely check-in staff and buffet breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay. The location was great and the service from the staff was excellent.

Subject: Invoice Issue and Follow-up – Stay at Dublin One Hotel (May 23–29, 2025) Dear Dublin One Hotel Management, We stayed at your hotel for 6 nights between May 23 and May 29, 2025, in two rooms with a total of four guests. On the day before our check-out, we informed the reception that we would need a receipt for our stay. The staff confirmed that this would be provided. However, when we requested the receipt on the morning of May 29, we were told that it could only be issued under one person’s name per room, and that no second receipt could be provided for the other guest in the same room. We asked whether it was possible to: Issue separate receipts for each guest staying in the room, or Issue one receipt that includes both names. Unfortunately, both options were refused. Moreover, the receipt that was issued was not signed, and when we asked for assistance or clarification, the staff showed no willingness to help. This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. We believe that issuing proper documentation for a paid hotel stay is a basic and reasonable request. We do not wish to stay at a hotel again where customer support is denied in this way, and we do not recommend your hotel to others based on this experience. This morning (June 8, 2025), I contacted your hotel again and once more requested that separate, signed invoices be issued in the names of each guest. We kindly request your cooperation in issuing the necessary invoices as soon as possib

Staff were great quick checkin and check out. We were located near to the lift and woken early in the morning due to the noise. The room was nice enough for one night but the air con dodnt work and shower pressure was very poor

The lobby and waiting area is lovely. However with the cost of the hotel the rooms are tiny and the ceiling is concrete (not plaster or anything). Wouldn’t return.

Great place. Nice location and amenities.

This was the least comfortable of all the hotels I stayed in during my 9 day trip. The room was run down. The bed wasn’t even close to being even. And at the restaurant we had to get up to find a server just to get water.

The room was small but clean, the attahed restaurant had decent food and prices. Lots of bus options close by and not too far from the river.

Staff is great and so friendly. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive. Room was very small- hard to open the suitcase. Area around the hotel was ok.

Property is in an excellent location! The room was a bit stuffy and you couldn’t get a window open for fresh air. Most people were leaving their doors open for air circulation. Was a bit smelly in the hallways.

Definitely not worth the money paid just bang average decent location but can get much nicer places for that price

Our stay at Dublin One was great right from the day we checked in! The desk staff were wonderful making recommendations of things to do by listing them on paper and giving us directions how to get there. The hotel food was top notch and resonably priced. All of the staff were very proffesional and very friendly
