The beds were awful. Way too soft. You can’t sit on the edge. You sink into it when you sleep and it’s hard to get out of. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very clean room and very accessible parking. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Bed was comfortable, air was off when we checked in. We had to leave the room for a few hours to let it cool down. The only option they gave for a shuttle to the airport was a ‘random postcard’ advertisement sitting on the desk with a phone number on it. They barely knew anything about the company, definitely not trustworthy. May as well been a self service motel, lack of personalized services all around.

The hotel was beautiful inside and out . My son plays baseball at creekside and this by far was the most genius idea of building this hotel . I wish there were more like these Breakfast was good with lots of good choices . Laundry facilities were clean and not just one washer and dryer there were several ..Hotel Staff was polite and curtous

Very disappointed with our stay. We tried several times to contact the hotel to request an early checkin with no success. When we did check in there wasn’t an iron in our room. Tried using the phone to call front desk, phone didn’t even work. Asked for pool towels, apparently they had ran out of pool towels, the front desk didn’t offer bath towels as a solution until we asked. We stayed in a double queen room. One bed was severely broken on one side. It tilted downwards causing us both to roll to one side. We had to shove extra bath towels and pillows underneath to help support the top mattress.

The facility looks well kept and check in was quick. The eggs they prepared for breakfast wasn't very good. Lot of kids running around and noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Common area clean and tidy. Room was clean and cool. It was 92 degrees outside. Slept well .

This is a nice new hotel, unfortunately our room was filthy, the bathroom was covered in hair. It’s a new area so limited restaurants around.

There was constant noise from the people above us..running jumping stomping...came for moms funeral ..got no sleep either night..tollet quit working last night and no water in the tank so had got back and forth to down stairs bathroom in lobby..no one at front desk..complained when checking out

The only complaint i have is the toilet tank refilled about every 2 minutes. Very loud, even with the door closed. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Great stay. Clean and friendly. Only cons were the water pressure was lacking for showers and they didn't have any cream cheese for bagels.
