Residential neighborhood with b and b in an old converted house. Rooms ok with modernized baths. Breakfast poor with canned pineapple in a country known for great fruit.Employees very nice but you feel the absence of an owner’s touch.

This was our third and final visit as part of this tour and the staff didn’t fail to meet our expectations. A home away from home. Brilliant!

The Casa de Todos really is a home away from home. We booked a larger room for 3 nights and were given two tooms with 2 bathrooms. Quiet, spacious and spotless. But it is the staff that make te difference. BB and Alfonso at reception go out of their way to help. ERica does the breakfasts, and cleans the rooms. She even does your washing when needed. Great pride is taken in everything despite having limited to no English. We return to this haven for 1 night before flying home and are looking forward to seeing our new friends. Alfonso was especially helpful when we hit a glitch and had our mobiles stolen while using the Metro.

The first impression is the friendly staff. All of the staff were friendly, multilingual, and very helpful. They suggested places to see and helped us with our luggage. The rooms are cozy and we loved that we could open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. There is a nearby metro stop that makes it easy to get around the city. Even though it is near to a main street, it is nestled in a quiet side street. There a numerous restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay here.

The staff were excellent to deal with and went above and beyond to assist us with several additional requests. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful and the property was in a great location within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. Would stay there again if in Santiago !!

Very friendly and attentive staff. The property itself is located in a quaint, old neighborhood with many little coffee places, and walking distance of many other establishments. It has a nice B&B atmosphere conducive to getting acquainted with other travelers during breakfast. Nice place.

Casadetodos B&B Boutique was a great place to stay, while in Santiago de Chile for a few days, between a week in Ecuador and a week in Rapa Nui (Easter Island). Convenient location in terms of both the airport, and attractions in the city. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff were amazingly helpful and thoughtful. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities one would expect. Breakfast was more than adequate, and there were frequent enquiries to ensure we had all we wanted. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants within short walking distance.

The location is great- convenient to metro and restaurants in a very nice area with a mix of residential and small businesses. The staff is very helpful-easily answered questions about transportation and sites. The daily breakfast is very convenient and good/simple food. Very nice cafe con leche! The only downside is the space can get a bit noisy due to the tile floors/no carpets so it is easy to hear doors closing/voices late at night. I would stay again at Casadetodos.

We stayed for three nights. Bedroom was really confortable, the bed was a dream. Even though the neighborhood was very quiet, the room sound isolation was a lack, you could hear much noise from other rooms. the bathroom was big and convenient, with the exception of its tub with no shower curtain or so to avoid wetting the floor.

First, this is a B&B and not a hotel. Expectations are important. The establishment appears to be a house that has been reconfigured into rooms and an eating area. Our room was on the ground floor and was very nice. The bed was great. The bathroom was fine except one shelf seemed to be perfectly aligned with my elbow. We walked a block or so and found a busy street with ATMs, food, ice cream etc. The entrance is gated and opened by the front desk. Most of the time we were noticed and the gate was buzzed open. Occasionally we pushed a button and were immediately admitted. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and patient with weary travelers. The breakfast is continental with coffee provided according to your preference.

This small hotel is in a very quiet street, just a few hundred metres from the main commercial district in Providencia. This is a great location, although it rather deserted on the weekend, as there are very few people around and very few businesses or restaurants open. It livens up during the week, particularly during the day. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly ordinary, but the extra cost of the double deluxe room makes a real difference (we stayed in both).
