Clean room. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work. But everything else was ok.

Perfect location for easy access into the city on the train. Hotel is clean, modern and new. Staff seem very unhappy, but as there is minimal contact it didn’t matter to us.

The hotel was far from the city but with the train that is so close by you can reach the city in like 20 minutes.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Miłe powitanie na recepcji. Ładny pokój, wygodna łazienka. Hotel przyjmuje nas z naszym psem Dostępny parking na miejscu. To nasz trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu i pewnie nie ostatni.

Property in need if some tlc. Rooms are okish, beds and bathrooms were clean but furniture was dusty and maintenance is much to be desired. Public areas not at their best, paint coming off and cleanliness levels were poor

Friendly staff, clean room. The property is not in the centre of Vienna but definitely easily accessible by metro.

My stay at the hotel wasn't so good, I had a problem with the A/C at first the A/C doesn't worked at the next day the staff try to help and they clean the th A/C. But even after they cleaned it doesn't really works, at the reception they said it takes time. In addition, we had a bad smell in the room probably because the A/C. Also, we couldn't close the bathroom door the staff try to fix it but they not succeeded and told us that they can't do anything about that

Metro was right outside the hotel, staff were welcoming, hotel was very clean.

Had everything needed for a city break. A few small maintenance issues with the room but overall comfortable and clean and super convenient to get into the city quickly on the underground

To był nasz 3 pobyt w tym hotelu. Podróżujemy z psem z Włoch i ten hotel jest dla nas w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Przytulne pokoje, z kosmicznym 😅 oświetleniem, dobre śniadanie. Fajna spokojna okolica, psi ogród zaraz obok, garaż podziemny.
