Everything was absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful and clean room. Great location; close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop! However, the female receptionist we had all three days was not very nice unfortunately. Not helpful at all and actually rude at answering our questions. Sighing and rolling her eyes. Nevertheless, we would still recommend this hotel because it was great.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Clean and spacious room

This is a really nice hotel close to the beach in Porto. The staff was super nice and efficient, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We decided to add the hotel breakfast buffet (which was very good), because virtually all of the nearby restaurants did not open until late.

Staff was very personable and kind. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay.

Nice convenient location walkable to the beach

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in this hotel. Amongst others I’d like to mention staff members, who do everything to keep you happy and safe. From the reception to cleaning, (They even offered us to pull our rented car from the hotel’s garage that had a steep way out :-).) Everyone was awesome and deserve a five star rating! We will definitely recommend this place to those visiting Porto.

Very clean and professionally kept. Friendly service and the staff are all professionals well mannered and knowledgeable. Food was great and the pricing are fairly reasonably good. Proprty should be 5 🌟 star's and not 4, Everything about the property online is true to their word as sold to customers. Will book again next year tha same rooms as before. Thank you to all the staff and management who have made our family stay immensely special. Kind regards Malkit Bharij.

Stayed one night and enjoyed being in walking distance to beach, aquarium, and dining

The breakfast provided could have been better. I think the room service menu could have better options as I found them to be limited as a foodie. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly.

A big open plaza right outside and a supermarket right next door. Along with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close by.

This is NOT a centrally located property. It is a sigificant distance from the city.

The staff here was incredibly wonderful, they helped us schedule tours and shared all kinds of great local info. They booked our winery tours for us in Douro Valley, gave us much appreciated info about the local area the subway system and spots to get off and explore. They had an underground parking, a fabulous bar and restaurant! We want to thank Paulo the bartender for all of his amazing info and fabulous attention to us! He was always always smiling and remembered our names, and treated us daily! Told us great info about restaurants and wine and Porto, shared many fun stories and was the true ambassador of the hotel. Very professional and genuinely friendly, we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him at the end of everyday! Thanks Paulo for making our stay an off the charts experience! The breakfast was also a wonderful addition and the location was perfect. A four or five block walk to the subway system into Porto, with a quick 20 minute ride very easy to navigate and most importantly very safe. We’ll be back God willing!

Very helpful staff

Friendly and helpful for our 5 day break. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient for the beach and shops. Restaurant and bar food good, better than some of nearby restaurants. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.
