Staff service is outstanding

My family and I love this hotel. Great rooms and cabins, tasty food and the thermal water pool is great. We also had a massage and it was the best ever.

Hotel Sochagota has been my favorite hotel in Paipa for decades. The hot springs, food, setting and views makes this hotel a very special place! I will be back..

Nice hotel, view, location and facilities are excellent. Highly recommend. There is a problem in checking: in addition to be a foreign tourists our passports didn’t have an start showing to be tourists therefore they charged us taxes. The hotel does not have this requirement printed or published in any place. This is unfair.Totally unacceptable . Restaurante prices are very high. I ordered a lasaña but was poorly prepared, I returned it but they never me excuses and they charged me.

Overall a nice place with a beautiful view. There was a large conference during our stay and the reception area was very crowded. It would have been much better if they had the conference check in seperate from the front entry.

Muy buena la cabaña 2 Hab, 2 baños, sala con chimenea y pileta de agua termal Había un baño tapado y fueron y lo arreglaron rapido Nos dieron fue 2 camas pero también las nos las unieron. El desayuno muy rico Y ayer el almuerzo y la cera en el restaurante también muy rico.
