The all hotel smell so bad. Looks so dirty, and the staff don't help me.

Yo voy a volver siempre a hospedarme aqui..por que los empleados son realmente amables..quede muy agradecida con alguien que se apellida españa extremadamente agradecida con el y con Sandra que es mesera de la calidez de los empleados te hace sentir muy bien..desayuno delicioso limpieza .definitivamente recomiendo expo hotel

This property is not good enough to small

Cuando entregue la habitación me pidieron me esperara y pense que tenia que firmar algo y no era porque fueron a la habitacion que me habían asignado para ver si faltaba algo y eso es vergonzoso, llego la que limpia las habitaciones y traia una sabada de.la cama que tenia maquillaje y que tenia que pagar la sabana me.cobraron $300 pesos no me.dieron nota ni factura ellas se quesaron con ese dinero y la sabana que con una lavada quedaba limpia. Aparte juzgo esa sabana no era mia pero como.lo comprobaba. Me asaltaron sin pistola. Esta prohibido fumar en las habitaciones pero el loby olia bastante a cigarro. Tienes que dejar una identificación para que te puedan prestar el.control del aire acondicionado. No cuentan con planta de la ropa. Tampoco secadora de cabello. No ponen botellas de agua. Nadie te acompaña a.tu habitación

This is a very basic motel. It's the type of place you stop at when you've been driving somewhere and just need a safe place to sleep. The bed sheets were thin but clean. The air conditioner was broken. The bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned since the last guest, but everything else was clean. The sink was small but worked fine. Very appreciative of having a free water dispenser right next to the food vending machines.

It is a good hotel to stay if you are coming to Expo.

Staff at front desk were rude

At the check out receptionist asked I can’t leave until someone comes to check out the room even when the room was reserved and charged with a credit card this is ridiculous !

The rooms are tiny and so were the beds, but for the price and being that all I needed was a place to sleep in for a few hours, it was just right. The area around the hotel was quiet, even though it's next to a major street. I also liked that it was a 20min Uber ride from the airport.

No AC, bathroom fixtures very small.

It was very nice. I was surprised of the quality because, from reading comments, I expected a horrible experience. it was peaceful and everything was clean. They wouldn't give us any extra blankets or pillows but luckily it didn't get so cold at night. Overall I think it was great for the money I paid.

Bad impression at first view. Bathroom dirty, with flying insects inside. Small cucarachas in the luggage area of the room. Wifi did not work. Staff not courteous.
