Our stay at this property was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was a fantastic size with two great bedrooms with en-suites. The decor and facilities were of a high standard, and having the pool and gym was an extra bonus. I would highly recommend these suites to anyone.

Lovely room arrangement. We stayed as a family of four and found it to be more than suitable. The daily coffee refill was an added bonus that we really appreciated. The immediate area was both quiet and easily accessible to nightlife, food and shopping. For those worried about public transit to the historical landmarks, bus 19 picks you up every 15-20 minutes, just outside to the entrance of the hotel. Visitors should download the EMT Valencia app for bus line information.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Safe and convenient. Very accessible to the historic part of the city but also to the beach and many attractions. Amenities are ideal for long stays, including the laundry facity. Lower floor units on the park side can hear occasionally city noise but it's manageable.

The location was brilliant, close to the aquarium and the park and if you have time and are able, you can walk to most places. It’s about 45mins to the old town and the same to the beach. There is a bus though if you don’t fancy the walk. Accommodation was perfect for travelling with our 18 month old. Cot and high hair provided were spot on. The apartment was lovely, immaculately clean, well designed (even the lighting was well planned out) and lots of space. Only small complaint was the TV didn’t support streaming from your phone which would have been handy with us travelling with our daughter and having to spend our evenings in the apartment.

Polite, helpful staff, clean rooms. The only issue we had was there was no hot water on the morning of our checkout.

All good but could have done with a few more English TV stations

Very close to Oceanografic and nearby attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only small issue was the pool was not heated so was unable to use as intended

The hotel was great and in a great location. However we were charged 500 Euro and after check out I got a message that we had left items. There was NO word of any damages. They said my deposit should be returned in 72 hours. Two weeks later I am being told I am not getting my deposit back because of damages that we did not do and would not do. Please beware you will NOT get your deposit back and now I am being told I could be charged MORE. I will be taking pictures of rooms when I leave them.

Great area and room

The AC is not the best but the apartment was great. Good location and very clean.

We had a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with balcony and huge full height windows which opened up the balcony. Absolutely stunning. The pool was the only thing that let the place down. It was tiny (it looks much bigger in the photos) and could be very busy with only about 10 sunbeds available. A good walk into the old town and to the beach but a regular bus 19 goes both ways. I’d book again without any hesitation.

Pros: Parking was easy and the location was convenient. Cons: Terrible Air Conditioning. No AC in the lobby, elevator, or corridors. You will be sweating. The AC in the rooms is fairly anemic too. For that reason, I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and well presented with everything we needed. Good location a little out of city but bus right outside door. Would definitely recommend and stay again
