Nice room with a good amount of space for 4 people!

Would highly recommend this place — spotless, comfortable, good location, great and accomodating ownership/staff. My friend with me smokes, and every time he went out and closed the door, I could smell it heavily — the unit next to us also had a problem with it, and I think they thought we were smoking inside. So, my only note of improvement about this place would be to somehow smell-proof the balcony doors a bit more. It would be nice to not worry about upsetting the next unit while smoking, which was allowed

The Air conditioner was working but it was too small or too weak for the entier room. It did not cool down well. the loft area was too cold but not the main room area. Other than that it was a good stay. But it is very small room and not have enough space for number of people they allow to stay.

Awesome place

The apartment was very comfortable. It had everything needed and more. I found that the beds, even though described as twins, are more like queen size beds in the USA. One bed was softer than the other but still comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal. Stove, small fridge with freezer and don’t let the size fool you because everything stayed chilled. All different kinds of restaurants nearby, walking distance. Same for a market at the end of the block. For going a longer distance, we would call an uber/taxi from the uber app and they were there within 1-2 minutes. That was very convenient as well. Great communication with the manager/owner and easy instructions to follow.

This place is modern, smart design, it is hard to believe it is just 441sq feet. Perfect for a family of 4. They had sleeping clothes, toothbrush, ear plugs. Love it !

While clean, the space was small for 3 people. The sheets were flat sheets, not fitted, and did not stay on the beds during the night. I thought, from the photos that the loft could be used as a sleeping space, but it was not set up with a bed. It was basically useless. I have stayed at many AirB&B lodgings and apartment hotels. This room was the least satisfactory.

The property is great, comfortable for our family of four. Well located in a quiet neighborhood with access to caffès, restaurants and convenience stores, also near to the Peace Memorial Park. We also like the minimalist style. The only downside is there is a lot dust around the apartment.

We only stayed for a short stay but was really close to the memorial park since it was so hot it was perfect. The rooms a clean didn’t use it but had everything .And no problem having to find the place convenient.

Quiet area only 10 minutes to peace park, shopping and dining areas. The room was spacious, clean and modern.
