Nice room, lots of space for the two of us

Everything was fine, only complaint is about the restaurant recommended for dinner. While it was close by, the Bistro Gateway has horrible service and mediocre food.

Good service

The family suite was spacious, clean, and has kitchenette with all cooking essentials you needed with plates and utensils. Staff were nice and welcoming, great breakfast options, will surely come back and stay again.

Very nice, newly built hotel, very comfortable room. Excellent except for breakfast served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, and all the waste thrown in the bin (and presumably ending up in landfill). Not good for the environment and made it feel like we were eating in a hospital rather than a hotel.

Almost new clean spacious rooms wirh friendly staff. EV charging is available at no additional cost.

Perfect stopover between Bow Lake and Vancouver. Obviously a fairly new property, the hotel is immaculate and the room was very comfortable indeed.

Unfortunate that the pool area is not open. Also, the mattress could be more comfortable. Otherwise the hotel is great.

Located close to Wells Gray Provincial Park. Great hotel that offers a good value for money. The rooms are clean and modern. No in-house dining options.

Beds were very comfortable

We make a trip to Clearwater every summer and the Best Western Plus is place that we now stay. Great BBQ just a 9 minute walk away (but go early as they sell out quick)

A quiet clean getaway. Disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren’t available

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We wished we could have stayed another night there.

We loved the hotel, staff, breakfast, convenience. The only negative was the huge pillows. Two much filling and not enough flexibility. Otherwise everything was perfect
