Fast check-in, staffs are amazing and polite. Room for King bed is huge with a relax chair by the window. Wide view of city and highway. I accidentally left behind a pair of shoe and they kept it well for me.

Service was impeccable, would definitely stay again.

The food is delicious and plentiful, and there are plenty of desserts.

This was my first time stay with my bestie to celebrate my b’day. Good location which is very near to i-city mall. The staff was helpful & friendly. I booked Deluxe Suite room with beautiful view of I-City theme park. Enjoyed the night view of the colourful park. DoubleTree hospitality at its best. It follows the DoubleTree template and service. From the check-in process to the room and the food, they were all really good. Would return again.

Second visit. Best. Even 3D2M is not enough. Very comfortable. Got cookies and a plate of chocolate cake. Variety of food and chef is good at cooking. Really good at taking our family's heart.

Request to early check in . And the room was ready at 12.30noon ( upon availabilty). It was great!!

The pillow were so soft.cant sleep with it.had to stack 3 pillows but still not comfortable

Stay was wonderful: Spacious & clean room, good facilities, and close to the mall.

Check-in was very smooth. We arrived earlier around 1.30 PM and they let us check in early. So thoughtful as we were quite tired since we travelled from Terengganu. As usual, Doubletree always gave their yummy welcome cookies. Warm & delicious. Room cleanliness was top notch. We got a room facing down the pool. Two super single beds were large enough, with very comfy pillows. They even provided 1 extra pillow & 1 extra blanket. Breakfast spread were delicious & lots of variety. One our 2nd day, it was quite crowded as we went down to Makan Kitchen on peak hour thus we had to wait for quite a while for the tables to be available. One of the staff tried to put us at the extended tables located quite far from the restaurant itself, however my husband didn’t agree due to the location. Swimming pool was clean. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We will stay in Doubletree again. Very recommended and worth the price.

The hotel staff is very helpful in ensuring a comfortable stay, both with room needs and helping to book a taxi to the airport.

Everything was perfect except for the fire alarm triggered during midnight. If it was a false alarm or caused by negligence, I reasonably view it as a service disruption. It could be due to hotel negligence (faulty system or lack of maintenance). I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience

- parking is far away - toilet bowl has no faucet, it is quite difficult to wash the poo of a disabled child. not disabled friendly. - booked 2 rooms a month early but got rooms not next to each other but on the other floor. very sad

Great location and nice room.

Overall, I can say it's a nice hotel and good services... However, the suite room was very uncomfortable, the bedroom was also smaller, the living room was a bit dark and not clean, and in the end, I chose to downgrade to a regular room (which in my opinion felt much more spacious and bright).
