4 stars however the bathroom shower was dirty upon arrival, it had stains in the wall. Other than that everything was good and the location was great too, a lot of restaurants and mall walking distance.

I lost my glasses and they call me to tell me that they have them in the front desk. It’s very safe and across the street from the mall.

Solid hotel. Room cleaning is only once per week (additional charge for each cleaning). Gym does not have a treadmill

Excelente ubicación, staff, y cuarto

This is my second time staying at ULIV Antara. It's an excellent place to stay if you are traveling to Mexico City. It is extremely clean, staff is very polite and friendly, the rooms are very spacious, it is in an excellent area for shopping and dining. I highly recommend them!

Exceptional stay, hospitable staff, and 24hour onsite security so as a solo traveler I felt extremely safe.

Second time in a ULIV property in Mexico City. So much better than a hotel - great to have a kitchen and living room to spread out, and the rooftop terrace was a nice bonus. I was on the second floor so it was noisier than higher floors, but overall it was a great and affordable option.

So nice location convenience

The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed — especially the kitchen and comfortable space to relax. I truly appreciated that. Smart TV The only challenge was upon arrival. I got there very early around 5 AM after a long trip, and there was no one available to assist or even guide me to a waiting area. I completely understand check-in starts at 3 PM, but in that moment I felt a bit lost and helpless after traveling alone. When I returned at 3 PM for check-in, it still took a few extra minutes before I could go in. Not a big issue, but something that could be smoother for future guests. Also, the shower water temperature sometimes wasn’t as hot. Overall, once settled, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. 🌸 Very happy Antara mall was across the street! And also plenty of food options around. The street corn around the corner is must. Wifi was great! Filtered water to drink, fridge, electric stove, microwave. All good.

This is in a great place; full of shopping malls, boutiques, stores, grocery shopping, and office buildings around. Palacio de Hierro is right on the next block of ULIV Antara and Antara is right in front of it. The staff is really nice and accommodating and there is security all day long in the lobby. The laundry area has a washing machine, a dryer and laundry soap so all you need to is to bring your items to wash it and wait for the washing/drying cycle to finish. You don’t need to pay! I stayed for 10 days and they gave me a room cleaning service for free. All the amenities you need are available in the bathroom and the kitchen. It is really cozy and nice. The only small issue is the fact that you can hear the cars in the street since it’s a busy area, but they provide ear plugs if you’d like to use them. I’d love to be able to coincide and stay here again if I come for another business trip.
