The staff were very nice and helpful. There was no outside area like listed. There are 2 sides to the hotel. We were in the hotel with no outside facilities as work was still in progress. We were told we could go over the road to the other part of th hotel to us theirs. Not ideal!!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We had a great view from the balcony on our last day which was a great send off also very close to the port and train which made transportation very easy. Would definitely like to come back.

Gallery Suites & Residences in Piraeus is in a perfect spot for boarding a ship. There are numerous cafés and bistros in the area and it is just a minutes walk to the convenient Metro to Athens. The property itself is modern and clean with a very helpful and friendly staff. However, our shower leaked through the floor tiles to the main bathroom, the single towel ring was practically falling off the wall, and the shower head would not stay on place. The bath towels are very worn and could be refreshed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and there is very generous storage space. It would be nice if the rooms were supplied with tissue (not only toilet tissue).

While the room was very clean, the window had been left open and there is a mosquito problem at the port of Pireaus. They chewed me up as I lay their trying to swat them away, ultimately affecting my sleep.

Everything good

The rooms are not well soundproofed; you can hear everything happening in the corridors, and there was a singer playing music outside somewhere every evening, which could be heard very clearly from the room, requiring us to close the window. Additionally, there is a drain in the bathroom that has a really unpleasant smell.

Easy access, good location, nice, friendly & proficient staff, good priced. The area is also good for walkabout, with the train station only minutes away.

Very pleasant staff and they were accommodating with my late travel plans. Plane didn’t land till after 1 am and they were amazing enough to let me check in late and check out late.

Super friendly staff at check in and restaurants. Lady at check in provided good information and recommended a wonderful restaurant. Room was super clean and comfortable wirh excellent dacilities.

Very good for the price. Property is new and very clean. Good location close to the port and metro. I would stay here again.
