This review is based on staying in our campervan. Unfortunately they do not seem set up for campers. The pitches are very sandy, they do have electric but we couldn't (nor could anyone else we asked) find a water point so had to use water from sinks. The toilets and showers are OK and clean but not many of them. There are numerous lodges on site which look great and the pool and restaurant facilities are fabulous which is where the 5 stars must come from. The staff were professional and friendly.

Beware! If you don't have the correct swimwear you will not be allowed in the pool. Normal swimming trunks that people wear all around Europe are not allowed. Need to be a skin tight French special. No restaurant open. Bar has limited opening times. Thank the Lord (not that I'm in any way religious) we are on our way to Spain, where people are friendly. Vive la France.

A bit away from the cities, but has bike rent within hotel borders. Room was spacious and really nice I especially check bathrooms — check passed. Minus points for non-working restaurant

Very friendly and comfortable hotel with really nice swimming pools. Didn't eat dinner at the restaurant but breakfast was good. On site bike rental good value and good solid bikes. Definitely worth renting bikes to explore il de Ré.

Such a beautiful hotel in such a a beautiful location. We had a duplex room with a roof terrace. The service we got from the staff was excellent. Salome was very friendly and helpful and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely stay again.
