Was fine for a 2 star hotel. Our room was tiny; two people will have a hard time moving around at the same time. Bathroom was extremely small- shower and half a sink. It served its purpose. Room was made up and cleaned every day. If you leave a note for any needs, someone supplies it for when you return. No one mans the front desk

The room was tiny and should not have been classified as a double. More like a single that crammed in another bed.

Family of 4, stayed in quad room (no 5). Booked as had an early Eurostar from St Pancreas. Had to wait for several minutes for someone to answer door. Very dated and badly worn carpets, furniture and decor. Awkward staircase to get up with luggage. Bannister loose. Room very small, literally couldn’t turn round in shower/wc room. Smelt strongly of cannabis. Floorboards rotten under carpet as can feel broken areas under foot. Toilet was loose, not fitted to floor properly. Heard noise all night long, doors banging, ring doorbell going, guests being overly loud. If it wasn’t late and fact we was leaving at 4am I would have moved hotel. No one was present when I left in morning to complain to.

2nd time here and first time around I thought I had a shared bathroom. Turns out that it was just mine, but it's up a flight of stairs from a room near the from door. This should be a bit clearer on the room description. Other than that, nice comfortable double bed, big TV, warm and clean

Comfortable bed, clean and large room, but a little bit noisy being next to reception where you hear everyone coming in and out of the door + the ring doorbell. I'm sure other rooms might be quieter. Stayed with shared bathroom, little odd to have padlock on bathroom

It was perfect for what I needed. Had an early morning outbound train to catch, and couldn't risk overnight engineering works overrunning, meaning I'd miss the train. So, needed somewhere affordable and comfortable right near the station. I found what I needed.

The hotel is a great distance to the train station and the bed was really comfortable. The only two downsides was the noise from the underground below and our room had a door to the outside as we were in a basement room and it made me feel uneasy.

The only good thing is the location as it is really close to the St. Pancras International station. Unfortunately had no choice but to spend a night here but had really an awful experience. No elevators, had to take all my luggage up the really really small stairwell. Rooms are old, small and dirty. There was no hot water and the shower drain is clogged. No room whatsoever as it is extremely small. Can’t even open the luggage unless it is on the bed as the floor area is tiny. Everything felt old and very outdated. Walls are dirty, no hair dryer, just overall bad experience and travelers need to be aware. Pictures on the site do not reflect the hotel in reality.

Worse stay I’ve ever had ANYWHERE!! We read the hotels.com reviews which looked very good but think they were staying at a different hotel. Absolutely stunk of cat pee being cover up by a strong floral airfresher. The fan was absolutely filthy too The beds were uncomfortable. The room did look like it had had a lick of paint but you can’t polish a turd!! The bathroom however was filthy. We were down in the basement overlooking ladders and junk in the concrete garden. We had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in which was very dangerous. The bed sheets had been washed but had play dough stains on them. DON’T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Nice to stay so close to St. Pancras. Likely would not stay there otherwise.

Very comfortable and quiet stay. Nothing fancy, but everything I needed - even an iron and ironing board. Great value for money

It was convenient for a 1 night stay prior to getting on the Eurostar at 8 pm. It's a small room and bathroom but clean and comfortable bed for 1 night.

Very central, the stairs could prove to be a challenge if less able. Quiet and comfortable room.
