Clean room, bed sheets, bathroom and nice staff.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, hotel was clean. AC did not work and the window latch was broken. Had to ask for hand towels as there were only two bath towels. Breakfast was limited.

This one is a clean hotel with very polite, helpful staff. The room is large, spacious, with A/C working beautifully. Shower and the bathroom are well appointed as well and hot water is steady. The free breakfast downstairs is decent with many good choices. Their coffee could be better, but no complaints. The only negative for this hotel is the road it is next to. This road is very very busy and is always crowded with vehicles endlessly honking and polluting the surrounding area with smog. But for this, the hotel is a great choice.

Rooms were good, breakfast and dinner were also great. The air con stopped working over night. Called reception but it turned out it was a bigger problem. Otherwise, nice little hotel.

Thanks to all staff for a lovely stay. The hotel is conveniently located and breakfast is plentiful. Dining options are limited, but the surrounding locality offers plenty of choice. As far as I could tell the staff are cheery and focussed. The only snag was some noise upstairs.

The hotel rooms are excellent compared to other hotels. However, the area and street surrounding the hotel are very crowded and traffic-heavy throughout the day.

Property itself was nice. The area isnt that safe it is fine during the day though.

On arrival, we had to ask the management to change the bed sheets because there was hair in the sheete. We had to limit our shower time so that the water did not run over because the drain needed cleaning. Other than that, it worked food for us, the room was very quiet and everyone was helpful.

Great hotel, extremely busy neighbourhood.

The traffic noice was very loud in the room. On premises restaurant was closed, front desk staff informed that it was getting renovated. Wifi speed was poor.

Terrible location- extremely noisy and difficult to get transportation.

Their kitchen is non functional due to repairs. My bedsheet smelled of dampness, romm tablenhad dirt, when asked housekeeping did changes the sheets but not the duvet cover. Overall just okay, better options are available.

Hotel was in old Delhi its was far from airport 45 to 1 hrs drive : when I reached hotel everything all the restaurants closed and hotel has no working kitchen.

No breakfast , not good food options there

Hotel itself is great, friendly staff but the area is ok.

Everything was wonderful beside there kitchen was closed we have to go outside for meals
