Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Our room was ready, even though we arrived well before the normal check in time. It was spacious and very nicely furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Lily was very helpful. When my tour of the castles was canceled, she found me a private driver who gave me a better tour than I planned.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are large and well appointed with coffee, tea ,robes and slippers. Breakfast was beautiful and the services was delightful. The spa are is quaint and a nice place to relax. You can walk to many restaurants and parking in convenient.

All staffs are very family and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. However A/C was not working. We addressed it with the front desk after our 1st night and they reassured us it would be fixed and setting adjusted so we could control it with a thermostat in our room. When we came to our room the 2nd evening the room was cool. But shortly after the air condition tuned off and the temperature rose to 25.6 degrees Celsius / 80F. We tried ti reach out to the front desk but were unable to, because the front desk is unstaffed from 11pm till 7am. Five star hotel should have functioning climate control and staff available to assist at all times

The staff especially the evening hostess were outstanding. Good location and the restaurant Le Chien Fou is a don’t miss

Very nice property with large, clean and luxurious rooms. Staff was attentive and helpful. Large luxury bathroom in our swuite and very comfortable bed.

Staff members worked very hard to make sure we were happy.

The staff was outstanding. They provided great dinner recommendations. They helped us find a medical clinic. And they accommodated out various requests with a smile. Great location, great hotel, great staff.

Excellent hotel

Property was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and professional. We had a couple if issues with things not working in our room but otherwise it was very comfortable.

Outstanding hotel in an area where luxury hotels are scarce

Luxury hotel excellent location but rooky staff with no onsite staff or emergency planning with faulty fire safety system and no plan. Fire alarm went off at 11 pm with no staff present. Thankfully there was no fire. Also room 16 has chemical fumes due to an old chimney nearby
