I would have to say I was a bit disappointed. Staying at a CR7 property, I expected more from the property itself — not the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. Below is a quick recap of the pros and cons. Pros: • Great location in an upscale neighborhood • Staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional • Spacious rooms • Comfortable beds and pillows • Great restaurants and cafés nearby — Café % Arabica was my favorite • Pool area was nice and well maintained Cons: • Pool closes early at 6:30 PM • The property itself did not feel particularly well maintained. At times, it felt more like a Vegas-style property — more hype than attention to guest experience and details • Only one small trash can in the room • Food and drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality • Shampoo and body wash were below average • Limited in-room TV entertainment. No movie app options if you want to relax in during the morning or evening

Beautiful hotel with very extraordinary staff

The staff was amazing and the breakfast provides you many choices. The location is perfect right next to high end shopping and any food you want.

An amazing stay from start to finish. The staff are fantastic — we even got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. The pool is lovely and the hotel has a warm, cozy feel throughout. Only minor note: a few loose tiles in the shower, but nothing that affected the experience. Highly recommended!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The only problem noisy

The hotel resides in a new american style shopping development. Whether this is good or bad depends what you are looking for. The rooms were nice, the breakfast ok. I did enjoy the adjacent CR7 sportsbar which had excellent service and draft beer -- a rarity in Morocco.

Its a great place, the breakfast has many options and the employees are very kind and helpful the room is big and cozy

Staff were amazing, Pool was beautiful!

The staff are so friendly and considerate. Room was a great size with great facilities and spotlessly clean. The pool area was lovely and staff to bring you drinks and food were very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were second to none extremely attentive and professional throughout our visit. A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. Although the suite wasn’t quite right for us, Aissian personally stepped in, handled the situation with genuine care, and made sure the matter was fully resolved to our satisfaction. Adam at the Sports Bar was also fantastic, especially impressive as it was only his second day on the job. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be visiting again!

My first stay at Pestana CR7 left a fantastic impression. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t be better. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person—from the doorman to the restaurant team—was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile every time, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I want to highlight Reda, one of the waiters. He was incredibly professional, warm, and clearly passionate about what he does. His service elevated the whole experience. Another moment that really touched me was seeing Reda help an elderly man with a disability stand up from his seat. He did it with such care, patience, and respect, making sure the gentleman was steady before letting go. It was a small gesture, but it spoke volumes about the heart and culture of this hotel. Overall, I’m just happy I stayed here and witnessed this level of kindness and professionalism.

Location and staff!

Amazing hotel staff very professional

Room was very cold no heating. Evenings were cold. Staff were not very friendly but ok. They helped when asked but no one really came forward to take care of you. Our phone didn’t work in our room so we had to keep asking staff outside the room to help. When we checked in we got an upgrade which was nice.
