I am an extremley fussy person with high expectations, l must say this hotel has not only met my expectations but has also exceeded them. I loved our room, we were met by Marty on arrival, he was absolutely amazing & showed that he geniunely cared about the guests, a very rare quality these days. The staff were all friendly, & Andrew the concierge went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, even with an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. I will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & certainly would'nt hesitate to stay there again.

Always our go/to place in Vancouver. Really nice rooms, if only they could figure out their room service!!!

Yes, it's pricey but consider the city and location. But you do get some value, which I did not consider: (1) free valet parking, (2) $80.00 breakfast voucher--breakfast was well above average, and (3) some drink vouchers--we forgot to use. We got upgraded, which was nice. Room was large and view was impressive. Staff was excellent. We would stay here again.

Great place. The only thing was the hallways were really dark and visually impaired, but that was the only downside. Everything else was absolutely spectacular. The staff, the cleanliness the room is absolutely wonderful.

We had a spacious room in a luxury hotel. Wouldn't expect anything less.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Paradox. The room is clean spacious and very modern. The layout and amenities are great. The staff and service are excellent. I had some issues with tour buses. The front desk called the tour company on my behalf, and followed up later. Extremely helpful and attentive. Will stay here next time visiting the city.

We had an upgraded King room and it was amazing! Very large space with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell this is a luxury property. The bathroom floors were heated which was a nice plus! The only thing to be aware of is that there is a nightclub in the hotel and if it’s a weekend, you will hear the music. We just played some white noise and it wasn’t too bad.

Property is in a perfect location with restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and Stanley Park all close by. The staff was outstanding. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very stylish. Overall a great stay.

Helpful staff

Was warmly welcomed upon arrival and luggage arrived minutes after getting our room. This few extras needed such as cold fresh milk arrived shortly after a call to the reception. Info about the surrounds was compressive and knowledgeable. Great location too. Great two night. Will be back.
