Great experience from start to finish.

The parking was a nightmare - didn’t let us park in the carpark as it was full but yet loads of spaces. Had to park off road and pay a silly amount

Yes the sofar bed note very comfortable the rest fantastic

Easy check, nice bar and games area with a decent enough room for our 1 night stay

Hotel was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful. The only bad part of the stay was the awful welcome cocktail

Very nice. Room was perfect. The cocktail upon arrival such a nice touch! Great value. Staff was very friendly and tries hard. There was one issue where at check in they said if we paid then it was 14 so we said yes but in AM they wanted to charge 15. It was sorted out. But it’s a good idea to maybe clarify with one or the other staff which they were very nice and accommodating to prevent misunderstanding or over charging inadvertently.

I stayed at the Moxy with my family, and while the hotel experience had some challenges, I must highlight how cooperative and genuinely helpful the staff were throughout our stay. Their positive attitude made a difficult situation much easier. 1. Room Arrangement I had booked two rooms and specifically requested them to be connecting—or at least close together—since I was traveling with small children. Unfortunately, the rooms provided were far apart. The staff acknowledged my concern and did their best, eventually offering me a larger room to help us manage. However, the second room I had booked was not refunded, which was quite disappointing and left me feeling the policy was unfair. 2. Service & Effort Despite the setback, the staff remained courteous, patient, and proactive. They genuinely tried within the limits of what they could do, and I sincerely appreciated the way they handled the situation. Their professionalism and friendliness stood out more than anything else. 3. Facilities & Atmosphere The hotel has a modern, fun, and vibrant atmosphere. The lobby and common spaces are stylish and lively, making it a trendy place to stay. The location is also convenient for exploring the area. Overall While the booking and room allocation process was not ideal, the helpfulness of the staff made the experience much more positive. With better management flexibility—especially around room allocation and refund policies—Moxy could offer a smoother and more family-friendly
