Very clean. Cool modern industrial decor. Hotel has a great overall feel. Breakfast was excellent, great variety. Easy to walk to most of Helsinkis sight seeing areas. Highly recommended.

Hotel could have been a little more bright. It always appeared like a haunted place. The temperature in room is fixed at 24. There is no provision to increase it further.

Well-located. Breakfasts are inclusive and there's a lot of choice, from fresh made smoothies to full cooked. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Helpful staff. My only gripe is with the management as regards sauna hours: men get to go early and late (pre and post work), women can only go in work hours. And considering most people staying there seemed to be on business, as I was, and there were plenty of women there besides me, I found this pretty offensive. So I never got to use the sauna. I discussed this with reception who said 'you're not the first woman who's made this complaint'. So why don't management change it?!

Like: Great gym/facilities. Very nice staff. Quiet. Large room. Didn't like: a. Stairs in room - I had a foot injury, so it made it a challenge to go up & down the stairs in the room, and also a safety risk going up/down in the dark to the shower/bathroom. b. Lack of proper desk/chair in room. The "desk' was tiny, and the chair had no back, very uncomfortable. I had to ask housekeeping to lend a proper chair so I could use the desk to work. Thus, not really set up for a business traveler. Otherwise, hotel was great, clean, good value and staff were wonderful.

All excellent, the staff, the rooms and the food. The only change we would have liked is for the Sauna to be mixed. It wasn’t so we didn’t try it.

Got upgraded. Very nice room. Tv channels limited. No news channel at all. Cleaning of room was not 100% good. Yea/coffee not replenished

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig rund 10-12 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ist klasse. Die Lobby, der Essbereich und die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Besonders das Bad ist hervorzuheben. Es stehen etliche Produkte (Body Lotion, Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner) von Rituals zur Verfügung. Das Fitnessstudio im Keller ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist herausragend. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten. Ebenfalls bequem ist die Frühstückszeit von 07:30 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr (wir waren an einem Sonntag dort) sowie der späte Check-Out bis 12:00 Uhr. Alles in allem ist das Hotel zu empfehlen und bringt ein super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis mit sich.

Great place in the city. Pleanty of shopping, marts, restaurants and walkable to train stops and stations.

Superb hotel about a 10 min walk from the centre of Helsinki. Check in was quick, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great and bed comfy. Bathroom bigger than a lot of hotels and even had a heated floor. An enjoyable stay.
