The food was not good and the pool chairs were made of concrete, very uncomfortable.

The hotel has a great pool and grounds. Breakfast was offered for an additional fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Melgar is not as nice as some other cities, but if you want to stay away from the town in a nice pool, this is a good option. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and we had to ask for an extra mattress since the bed was so hard. Used the pool and spa services and they were great.

Sadly the receptionist looked unhappy every time we required her assistance as well as the bartender. We had to wait too long after going outside for the staff to open the gate since it was always locked and with no free access.Also, it was very upsetting having booked the room in the Expedia website at $550.000 COP and later receiving an email directly from the hotel confirming that the actual price was $684.500 COP. I had used this website in the past and never had this issue. Another very annoying aspect was loud music next door during both nights which didn’t allow us to sleep and rest properly. Other than that the cleaning staff was very nice and servicing and the place is very well maintained and tidy.

friendly staff ok service for a small hotel food was not that great they don't have a berry good selection for example the offer a complementary breakfast with fruits and they bring two oranges on a plate.really.

We stayed 2 nights March 16 - 18. Hotel layout was very nice, pool was good and clean thought water looked a little cloudy. Spa part of pool the jets did not work properly. Food at hotel was ok and simple. They had few dog that roamed the hotel but one in particular was a bit annoying when trying to eat by pool and in the outdoor restaurant The staff was great freindly and helpfull, wish i took names of all. But one staff memeber Cristina (i think) she was excellent. my girlfriend left her phone when we checked out and went back to Bogota (2hrs away) we called Cristina .to tell if she could find it..which she did and she shipped it back to us. We are greatly appreciative for that. Thanks Cristina !! Overall Hotel Villa Valeria is above average and very nice hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here

Really nice pool. Not many guests staying, possibly due to it being a little over priced.

Hotel well located within walking distance of basic restaurants.

The hotel has nice gardens, clean, breakfast is good, WIFI works well in room, good pool. The bed was a little hard for me. The service was excellent, secure, accommodating.

La ubicación del hotel es mala, la puerta permanece cerrada y el personal informa que es un hotel que trabaja a puerta cerrada, causando desconfianza y que sea difícil de encontrar, aunque la dirección está correcta, el punto en el mapa lleva a otro hotel, lo que genera expectativas diferente. No hay agua caliente. El deterioro en el baño es evidente, y el aseo en general es malo. El costo es engañoso, en la página nos cobraron más del doble de lo que pagaron unos huéspedes que entraron cuando estábamos haciendo el check in. El hotel tiene un letrero pequeño que no se ve a causa de los árboles. Nivel de ruido alto.

Instalaciones bien, atencion en check in pésimas. Te atiende un señor de mantenimiento en la peor de las presentaciones personales. Para nada agradeble.

Instrucciones de llegada precisas, muy buena atencion del personal que esta en el hotel, atencion grosera de los que contestan el telefono y whatsapp en otra ciudad, el sitio es muy tranquilo, la piscina comoda y el spa vale la pena, buenos desayunos, lo unico malo del servicio es el wifi, muy malo solo hay señal en algunas areas del hotel

Realmente parece mas un hostal que un hotel

El hotel no existe y me hicieorn pasar un mal rato al llegar tarde en la noche y el hotel no existir, muy mal que hoteles.com no verifique sus hoterles.
