Perfect location very close to best restaurants

Perfect location for two nights.

This hotel is in the very heart of Belgrade. The area is close to a plethora of good restaurants, cafes, and shopping zone. The hotel has a significant history (which could be presented in a more engaging way). There is a sense of stile and dignity. Parking is close by, as are banks, and all kinds of public transportation (free in this city).

An old hotel with history, Elizabeth Taylor and Alain Delon were guests many years ago. I always stay at this hotel and feel most comfortable there. Food is good, including deserts. Try ‘kesten pore’, a chestnut desert. The same waiters have been working at the restaurant for decades, all kind and knowledgeable. Location is excellent, on a walking street. Room prices are unbeatable for any capital in the world I have visited.

Wonderful location, good breakfast buffet. The rooms were somewhat dated but the bathroom was modern and functional. Not easy acres with suitcases. The street is pedestrian.

Location of hotel is great*. Staff was wonderful. Room was a good size for 1, probably also comfortable for 2. Black out drapes worked well. Bed was a little firmer than I would like but that's just my preference, nothing was wrong with it. Shower had decent water pressure. The hair dryer provided was pretty weak though. Rules in the welcome book says no food delivery allowed but the hotel is surrounded by restaurants so that wasn't a big problem. *My only complaint isn't really the hotel's fault. I happened to stay there during the expo so from 8am-11pm there were voices, music and bass coming from many speakers which was quite loud inside the room even with all the windows closed! You couldn't escape the noise.

Room was clean and comfortable with large bathroom. There were lifts but they were small and there was no step-free access to our room which might have been a problem for some. Location was fantastic for tourists. Upgrade to one of the nicer rooms to get tea and coffee facilities

The location is perfect. The breakfast is amazing. The room was fine and had a nice view. The staff were friendly. Two negatives were: 1) smokers in adjacent rooms or areas affected the air in my room, and 2) the shower configuration was that the entire bathroom gets soaked when you take a shower. There was only one small glass half-divider that barely contained the spray.

Everything was ok, the staff was nice and great location but there was no welcoming water in the room, no kettle for making hot water for tea and no coffee machine in the room or downstairs. I also bought a room with breakfast, and it was not included. It’s OK for one night stay but not worthy for the money

Great location - could not have been better close to the main pedestrian street and all the beautiful sites of Belgrade; the staff was fantastic

Perfect location

Everything was amazing, everything. The only thing is thin walls in rooms. But even that, one could hear people in other rooms yet people would stop talking at 23:00 and one could sleep in quiet rooms. And food, soo good.

The hotel is real bargain for center city hotels compared to other European capitals. The location is excellent for tourist attractions and dining options. The front desk staff was friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommended.
