Amazing

The property was in a perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. Many restaurants and shops very close. Staff was always very friendly and the room was clean. For myself the room was a very good size and I don't see an issue for 2 adults either. I had the standard room with the queen size bed. The only thing I want to mention is that this hotel is on a pedestrian street and you will have to walk 2 blocks for a taxi or uber. If you have an issue with dragging your luggage a couple blocks then you may want to keep this under consideration. With that in mind it is a perfect location and highly recommend this hotel

Beautiful heritage property right in the heart of Old Town Ljubljana. It is only steps from the riverbank and all the restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room and the property were immaculate. l'occitane bath products. Good selection for breakfast.

We stayed at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana on our first night in Slovenia, and it was such a welcoming place to start our trip. The room was a little small, but it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not be better — right in the center of everything. Just a heads-up for travelers: you can’t drive up to the hotel, so you’ll need to walk about 5–8 minutes with your luggage. We were only there for a short stay, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for the location and the hospitality.

Charming historic building but beautifully fitted outwith all mod cons. Great location, super staff and excellent breakfast. No complaints...and I am normally fussy!

It was a great stay at Hotel Heritage

The staff at the Heritage were so amazingly friendly and made everything effortless, from the herbal tea when we arrived (super early), to storing our luggage and taking it to our room, the whole team were fabulous. The hotel was super clean and smelled amazing, and our room was so nice. The location is excellent, so close to the river and all the restaurants around. I would absolutely recommend the Heritage, and will definitely stay again when in Ljubljana.

Brilliant - lovely location, beautiful room. Very tasteful and high quality with exceptional attention to detail. We loved it. We had an upgraded room on the 2nd floor - the only slight downside was that our view was almost totally obscured by the building in front. Couldn’t be helped but a bit of a shame. If I leaned right out we had a nice glimpse of the river! Loved the location. So quiet at night but in the midst of things during the day. Breakfast was awesome - could there be some oat milk supplied please? Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would return

The room was spotless, the hotel was in a beautiful building, the breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful.

Lovely hotel. Immaculately clean. Room ready for check in when we arrived at 11 am. Ideal location. Courteous staff . Room cleaned daily and towels changed as requested. Breakfast served 7-10 . Lots of choice for everyone. The nicest small hotel I have stayed in. Well worth the money. I will definitely stay again .

Very comfortable, clean, well situated hotel. Everything is right there. Wonderful service- people who work there are genuinely nice. Really a great feel. Breakfast was wonderful- lots of variety. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in old Ljubljana.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. We travelled as a group of 6, and all agreed what a fantastic hotel this was. Perfect location for all amenities, delicious breakfast and loved the toiletries! Couldn’t recommend enough.

Can't fault it. Nice big rooms, shower room etc and great breakfast included. In January at least it's also outstanding value.
