The pullout couch bed sheets had not been washed.

It was very nice

I was quite nervous about staying in Denver, but this facility was wonderful! The staff were all very friendly, helpful and greeted you courteously! The lockdown procedures were of utmost importance, I did not feel unsafe or unwelcome!

The hotel was nice, but we experienced a power outage for three hours due to the construction next door. Unfortunately, the staff were not very accommodating. Most guests gathered in the lobby, which had some light, so we didn't have to stay in a dark room. There were no complimentary snacks or drinks provided during this time. Since it was a snowstorm, many guests chose not to leave the hotel. Overall, I was really disappointed with how the situation was handled.

Good hotel, great location for UC Health Anschutz…great staff, clean room, sketchy area 1 block away, but that’s no reflection on this hotel, just urban decay.

This was my second stay in two weeks. I loved my suite so much i reserved it again! So spacious with a full kitchen and dining area, living room and a separate bedroom. I slept so soundly in the comfy bed. The whole stay was terrific and near the Anschutz center, too.

Clean, affordable, and convenient to the hospital.

Staff was excellent and the place was nice. The problem I had was that the bar was woefully under stocked-out of EVERYTHING! The music was so sleepy who would want to hang there anyway? Our bartender also served as a waiter so if you wanted a drink you had to wait until he came back with the food! There were only 2 carts for luggage so…you guessed it-people waiting and waiting. Please address these issues if you want return guests.

Parking at facility is extremely poor. Breakfast was terrible.

Right across the street from Anschutz Medical Center. Was able to walk to my appointment.

Everything was clean. Staff was nice! Enjoyed the H bar! Would stay again!

The building, gym, staff & rooms were amazing. The breakfast was actually really good & tasty. The Mountain View from our room was breathtaking. Definitely staying here again.

Our room was so spacious with a separate bedroom and bath, a large living area with turning TV and full kitchen. Lovely modern decor. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I plan to return in a few weeks.

It was clean. This hotel is the loudest place I’ve ever tried to sleep. They put me in an adjoining room I could hear everything including the guy farting in the other room. The ac unit and heater were extremely noisy. Every time someone opens hotel room door it slams and the entire floor can hear it. Very disappointed and very tired after staying there.
