strategic location, only 5 minutes walking distance from station, staff is very helpful, and i got upgraded for my rooms

Staff was friendly and so helpful. I bought a flower from a market and they provided me a flower vase 💖 My eyes were pleased with all the great design touches in every corner from the lobby, lounge, hallways, to the room.

just wanted to say that the hotel comfort is there.. but location wise from hotel towards the city have to walk quite abit longer..overall service was fantastic 👏 thank you team and Francisco for the warm and lovely hospitality that's meet the expectations..room service hotel breakfast meets the standards.. I love the chicken porridge.. especially cold weather with a warm bowl of porridge is perfect 👌🏻 👏😄

Lovely service, modern and comfortable rooms. Location is not the most convenient, though it is within walking distance to the Southern Cross Station.

The hotel is very artistic and has its own unique identity. Location-wise, it's a 5-minute-ish walk to the nearest tram. The staff is helpful, and the room is quite big with a table to work and a small sofa to lounge on. The room is cleaned every day. The gym is very clean. The pool is quite big. During F1, they also go the extra mile by providing a racing arcade game.

Conveniently located in a quiet side street while still very close to the railway station and the free tram stops to go to the shopping area, Chinatown etc. The rooms are very clean and very well designed for comfort.
