Amazing hotel right near the river. Great breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Wish we had stayed more than one night!

Very safe and walkable

Classic hotel overlooking Marktplatz - very convenient and walkable to central Basel. Super helpful front desk staff.

Centrally located with easy walking access to museums, a grocery store, and public transportation. The breakfast was enjoyable.

Stayed for one night after a river cruise on the Rhine. Helpful friendly staff on reception, comfortable room. Had a roof top terrace with lovely views where you could drink your own wine or purchase from the restaurant.

The room was really nice but there were scary stairs in the room.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location. Only issue was air conditioning was hopeless so in 33 degrees room was too warm.

Front desk was wonderful

The hotel was very nice, located in central Basel. The only downside was that it, apparently like other recently renovated hotels, did not have air conditioning (and it was unseasonably hot in Basel.

Can't fault this hotel, clean and modern in a great location, and fantastic staff.

Great stay - very clean and great restaurant.

The location was great! The staff were friendly and accomodating. Very nice hotel! We overslept since we'd had a huge travel day, and although we were late checking out, the staff were very understanding and didn't charge us extra.

We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back!

It was fine. The room was clean, the service was good, there was a good selection for breakfast. However, we could not get an electric kettle for tea. The front desk told us to use water from the coffee Machine, but that does not work well. We were able to get electric kettles in every other hotel we stayed in in Switzerland.

Great sized, immaculate designer rooms

Very close to Marks Plaza, the bridge, tram/transit pass included [good idea], short trip to train station Basel SSB, 4 or 14. Free borrowing of umbrellas, very close to farmers market [mornings]. All of Swiss-land is expensive

Great location to walk out the door and go explore. Restaurant attached had great food and drinks and don’t forget to go to the rooftop or to the sauna downstairs! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Property is Ok, but like staying at a Holiday Inn, but I’ve stayed at better Holiday inns. Very expensive .

Good location lovely decor great staff and helpful

Hotel was amazing. Top notch. Customer service was great, room was large and clean. We also used the wellness spa (sauna and steam room). Bohemia is the restaurant next door where breakfast was included. Typical European breakfast but good quality. You also get passes to use the transit system around town for free.
