Great service. Nice room.

Stop over on my travels. Stay was ok, everything as expected. Staff was outstanding!

Nice old place

The interior of the hotel is actually quite nice. Modern, pleasant and comfortable. Unfortunately, the outside looks terrible. The gravelly dirt grounds are weedy. The building needs a paint job and the sign for the hotel is shabby and only partly there.

I love Jokkmokk. This town is one of my favorite places and hotel Akerlund is a wonderful historical building. Simple, quiet and safe.

The staff of the hotel was courteous and the property itself was fine. But they gave me a room like a broom closet. Small and dark. And next to the actual broom closet, right on the main corridor to other rooms, so noisy as well. I asked to change rooms immediately upon seeing mine but they refused. Total rip off. I will never return as other options in Jokkmokk are much better and some are also cheaper.

The hotel was well situated in town. We were extremely pleased with the helpfulness of the staff. When we checked in, we were welcomed to a complimentary light dinner at the restaurant. The room was small, but had everything we needed. I wish there was additional sound proofing in the rooms, as we could easily hear every conversation in the neighboring room. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable. They also offered a breakfast, which was small but tasty.

Nice and cozy small hotel with good service. Looks like it was newly renovated. Had a one night stay, and we are very pleased.

Really nice hotel, good breakfast and friendly staff

Hotellet ligger centralt belägen i Jokkmokks stadskärna. Nära till marknadsområdet. Incheckningen gick smidigt till och rummet var varmt och rent. Frukosten hade allt man kan önska sig. Gratis kaffemaskin till gästerna dygnet runt vid receptionen.

Inte prisvärt. frukost "bara" ok

Andra gången denna sommar vi bodde där och vi var båda gångerna förundrade över personalens ointresse för gästerna. Tyvärr var det en vattenskada vid andra besöket så Frukost/restaurang var stängd men det löste kollegorna i branschen.

Huone ok, mutta kovin pieni kahdelle. Tavarat eivät mahtuneet oikein mihinkään. Vessassa tosi hyvät pesuaineet. Alakerran oleskelutila suuri ja viihtyisä.

Mycket tråkigt bemötande, vi kände oss inte välkomna. Bad inte om ursäkt att köket var stängt och vi fick gå 500m för att äta frukost. Ingen kompensation eller ursäkt. Dörren till vårt rum var skev så det lyste in från korridoren. Mycket dåligt 👎

Einfaches Standardhotel mit sehr nettem Service. Unser Zimmer, ausgestattet mit 2 Einzelbetten, war klein und das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Für den Preis viel zu teuer. Zum Frühstück musste man in ein benachbartes Hotel (500 m Fußweg), zum Glück hat das Wetter gepasst. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das Badezimmer noch kleiner. Aussen wäre eine Renovierung dringend nötig. Für uns eher enttäuschend, würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen.

Koselig og sentralt hotell når man er på gjennomreise. Brukt hotellet tidligere og vært godt fornøyd. Denne gangen måtte frokosten tas på byens andre hotell grunnet vannlekkasje på kjøkkenet.

Sehr schöne Aufenthaltsräume Zimmer klein und Bad würde eine Auffrischung vertragen. Leider war die Küche in Renovation, d.h. 2x 10 Minuten Fussmarsch zum Hotel Jokkmokk (heute kein Regen)
