Roof top bar is utterly fabulous

Only adults will be much better.

There is the just a few gluten free options. As a gold member I was not offered any upgrade nor spa perks.

Overall it was good, however they serve you one bottle of water and after that you should buy your own water and coffee pods.

Not much to dislike about this hotel! The pool area is small but to be expected of a boutique style hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Palma Blanc — almost a perfect 5-star experience! The hotel offers excellent amenities, a delicious breakfast, a beautiful pool, and a convenient location right in the heart of the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Family friendly which is nice because I saw other families there as well. The only drawback was that the internet could be spotty at times, which made working remotely a bit challenging. If that were improved, this would easily be a five-star stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return for leisure travel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Very central, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, but it is worth getting a car to get to the major beaches. Cannot fault the service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were my favourite!

We had to book a very last minute holiday as our flights were cancelled to Italy and the second part of our holiday was in Majorca. I looked for hours u til I gave up and tried again the next morning. Finally I found a hotel and boy was I sooo pleased with this one. The room was huge a suite with an extra bed which unfortunately my daughter didn’t find that comfortable (17yrs old) the bathroom layout was a bit different bu the shower pressure was high and the room air on worked perfectly. I knew there was no balcony which I did miss but the facilities ie the pool made it all the better. The pool yes during the mornings were packed no sun loungers but that didn’t stop us finding a beach and coming back later to find loads of su loungers free in the late afternoon and a added bonus the pool wasn’t like a bath. It was cool much needed as was very hot during our stay. The breakfast pay for it don’t think should I yes do. It was very very good and with a glass off fizz or too. This hotel will be recommended to friends and family and when we return to palma again we will book as the location to shops places of interest to visit and restaurants and bars was perfect walking distance.

Really loved this hotel. Would recommend staying here. We walked everywhere from here. Modern hotel. Friendly staff. Pool was super busy so we had to wait around for a lounger, but eventually got one. AC worked amazingly (which was needed during a heat wave).

Great location. Amazing spa and rooftop pool. Hard to find lounge chairs though. A better system should be in place. Walkable to everything and great service, huge suites, lovely staff and food.

Fabulous day, centrally located great customer service, especially from Francina and Ricardo. Would recommend this hotel for a lovely getaway. Looking forward to our return.

I stayed 3 nights at this amazing hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Palma. The hotel is in a central location and perfect for site seeing and for access to all the main sites in the city. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The hotel has excellent facilities including pool, spa and gym. The selection at breakfast is excellent too. Thank you to the whole team at HM Palma Blanc for making my stay with them so comfortable and relaxing.

The facilities are nice - the hotel is modern, clean and quiet. However we found the staff rude, whenever you spoke to them they barely looked or interacted with you and made me feel as if I was interrupting them and they did me a favour by serving me. We had a ‘free bottle of cabs’ benefit and I sent them two messages before saying I was pregnant and could it be swapped for a non alcoholic drink. When I arrived they not only didn’t acknowledge it, they didn’t ever mention the benefit in the first place and when I asked they made a whole scene involving three people about swapping it for something non alcoholic, making me feel very awkward as if I was asking for god knows what. Surely in today’s day and age you should offer a non alcoholic version, as not everyone drinks (pregnant or not!). When it came to using the voucher there was another scene involving two people this time to ‘validate’ this was valid! Breakfast was fine but we did find the ‘hot’ food lacking - limited selection and items were lukewarm. Cheeses left out were sweating. The rooftop pool is lovely, it’s a shame they don’t open until 10am so you can’t actually enjoy morning sunshine. We wouldn’t go back mainly because of how unfriendly we found the staff.
