A lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was excellent and we opted for the city view. The pool although small was a great space for relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding and we were extremely looked after by our lovely server Genesis. Additionally the staff were outstanding from the manageress down! We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return in October!

Very smart hotel recently refurbished, possibly re built. High tech, which is a problem. The hotel gives you lots of information before arriving. Parking is expensive, but you are in the centre of town. The hotel is controlled by technology, no room keys, digital check in etc.... On the day we arrived we were not told that there was no Wi Fi or internet connection. When we asked how we could connect we were told that was not possible and the engineers could not work out why, so we would have to do without. This hotel is run by technology, but the staff don't know how to control it. Which means anything could go wrong and customers would just have to do without. Possibly no lift, no air conditioning, no hot water, no access to your room. Everything relies on the technology. Our problem was small, no internet and no Wi Fi. After a rather lengthy debate with the manager, a rather shaky connection was made. It sometimes worked, sometimes not. No real solution, just a patch up job. The pool advertised is not a pool its a plunge pool. Small and narrow. The rooftop sun area has 5 loungers. For a hotel with 5 floors of rooms. A joke. Yes it has everything advertised, but that's just to get bookings. We stayed one night. Would not stay longer. All very smart and clever, but we felt cheated.

Beautiful well maintained hotel with excellent breakfast and great staff

Great hotel close the beach and with a wide range of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice view over the plaza. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool is very small though and there is barely space for any sunbeds. We paid 15 Euros per day for parking in the Zapallito car park (arranged through the hotel) which was well worth it as you can come and go as you please.

Second time we have stayed, lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly & professional, breakfast is very nice. Only negative this holiday, aircon still on winter hours so had open the windows for cool air. My husband was bit quite badly by mosquitos.

The staff were amazing and so helpful, and the location in the square was wobderful

Very nice central hotel which is good value with nice rooms

Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Estepona. Parking was easily arranged with the hotel after booking and Breakfast was excellent as well. We had an attic room, which was always clean, well equipped and had excellent views across the town. However the only thing to be aware of is the restricted headroom on one side of the room. This wasn’t mentioned on hotels.com or the hotel website.

Really enjoyed this hotel very welll located between see and village. Feels like boutique hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff great. Room spacious, simple but comfortable. Same for bathroom. They could put a little more details like paintings or artifacts in the rooms. We had an amazing experience. One only consideration: heat up the pool and add a few ping share on the terrace. it’s April so I understand it’s not best period for a pool to be warm but it’s not usable right now, too bad because it’s cute and sun was plentiful.
