Good facilities:) well located

Everything was great! A little warm on the top floor because there was no fan but the people at the front desk were super helpful and even had cold flavored water. Nice products in the room

It's a little off the beaten path but not too far that it made anything overly inconvenient. Staff was nice and room was smallish, but comfortable.

Over for a two night football break. Check in was quick, room was basic but clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean with powerful shower. Nice quiet neighbourhood away from city bustle.

Hotel in the centre of bilbao

Best room we’ve had at this price mark, clean and modern.

Great hotel and the rooms are super confortable. We rented a car and the hotel didn’t offer parking. The closest parking was10 minutes away. City attractions are not at walkable distance.

It was fine a bit of a walk to main attractions but very clean hotel and a good breakfast

Nice place and modern

It was very good in basic service provision and had what was needed for a pleasant stay at very reasonable price.

A really good value option, just outside the edge of the central areas (Abando particularly, with Casco Viejo also a short walk away). The hotel is clean, well appointed. Not luxury but excellent value for money with friendly, helpful staff.

Close to local transportation. The breakfast options were very good.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. It was easy to walk to places from the hotel, however there wasn’t really many restaurants/bars that were close. Everywhere was around a 15/20minute walk

Very nice, modern hotel, friendly staff. Great breakfasts. City center in the walking distance. The only minor things I don’t like was an old cotton bud lying on the floor next to the sofa in my room. Secondly, green tea offered during breakfast should be pure green – the only option there was one with some flavor.
